Survey could be designed better. There are only 3 of the many blackberry's to select from. 0 should be an option for "number of sim cards" but isn't. There were a couple other things that I don't remember anymore.
You haven't announced winners from the anniversary contest 2 months ago. That does not encourage me to invest time in the survey.
Yeah, the survey needs serious work done on it. Questions are not applicable to all situations/phones, etc.
survey could be better in the texture and could have coler in it and even a bit of ananmation to bake it even better.
