Grab your calendars, folks. Google's just scheduled its third-quarter earnings call for Oct. 18, with a conference call set for 4:30 p.m. EDT. We'll bring the beer.

It's an earnings call they are required to do for their shareholders because they are a public company. Its has nothing to do with Android. There may be some Android news as far as activations and stuff like that, but no real details.
