Google play

Google has revealed it has added a number of new shows from Viacom's various cable networks to the Google Play Store, including MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, Spike and TV Land.

The shows added to Google Play include such classics as SpongeBob SquarePants and Beavis & Butt-head to more recent productions like Key & Peele and Awkward. There is definately something for everyone on this list, from animation to sitcoms to reality shows .

If you have young girls in the family, Google Play has a nice extra with these new shows that should appeal to that demographic. It is currently offering four free episodes of the Nickelodeon animated series Winx Club, about a group of young fairies who attend a college made especially for them, for download.

Are you excited about having some more TV show options to download and purchase via the Google Play Store?

Wish they had a subscription with music and TV/movie's. Like amazon.
Hopefully when they announce some hardware with the Google TV they announce new subscription with it.
Here's to hoping x!

^^^THIS. I have no idea why Google doesn't have an all you can eat plan by now for TV and Movies. They have it for music, so why not? I'd pay the same price as Prime for unlimited Play.

They probably can't get the Rights to do that, look how difficult it was for music both in the USA and around the world. I'm guessing the TV companies want us the user to use all their channels direct and it's a bit different for Netflix, and Amazon as they also produce their own content.

If Amazon and Netflix can do it, there is no reason why Google can't.
