I'm not liking the HTC Series One phones thanks to titles of articles like this. No SD card support still is a must for me. I know, I read the internal specs already. Thanks.

I remember at first I didn't like how the Galaxy Nexus doesn't support SD Cards. But now, I like it. I don't have to worry about moving apps to my SD Card or Mounting it when I connect it to the computer. Not that it's much of a task, but still.

With so much internal memory of said phones I dont feel an sd card is needed

Isn't Google moving away from the SD card anyway? Especially with the new Google play putting everything in the cloud, so there's no need for the extra storage space an SD card will provide.

DrDoppio says:

Google moving away? They don't make phones, so it's not up to them. Give me large internal memory plus SD card anytime. The cloud is just a way for telcos to sell service.

What good is the cloud if your carrier puts a squeeze on your data? Not every one has wifi.
