Google will now let you send directions from your current location to a location of your choice, right from the web browser of your desktop computer.
Ever been in a crunch to make it to your next meeting on time, only to realize you didn't know exactly how to get there and didn't really want to fumble around with a GPS? Google will now let you send directions right to your Android phone from your computer, so you can have the directions before you even leave the office. The process is super simple. In Google you just need to type "send directions" and hit enter.
From here it brings you to a page where it shows your phones current location, and you fill in where you want to go. Type the name or address of the place you need to get to, and then click the 'send directions to phone' button. You will receive the directions on your phone in Google Maps, and then you are on your way.
