Samsung

Android Central @ CES

We're live this afternoon from Samsung's official CES 2013 press conference. Expect a slew of non-smartphone news -- TVs, washers and dryers, etc., but chances are mobile won't be completely ignored. Samsung does sell a few phones and tablets, after all.

The whole thing kicks off at 2 p.m. Pacific time (that's 5 p.m. on the East Coast). Join us after the break!

I have a feeling the 7 inch Note will be announced. This only days after I purchased the Note 10.1. But I simply couldn't wait any longer.

I doubt it. They would likely hold a standalone event later on in the year and announce it along with another new product.

"We're committed to providing choices for different screen sizes, operating systems, etc." Hope this is true because this somewhat(not 100%) go against what they said about coming up with their own platform recently.

If they move away from Android, a lot of people will be disappointed. Also if they do that, the Samsung's marketing and financial people should be fired without any compensation.
