Interesting.. The ad shows the voice commands from the Google Now screen. Can it wake up by voice like the Moto X?

what is up with these companies promoting their products with people goofy dancing, wedding parties, and frolicking on mountaintops? Most people do not care about a phones camera. as long as it doesn't take green and black pics like the old Nokias of 2001, its good enough. Companies should market their products to normal people instead of these camera happy wanna be hipsters. Normal people are fat guys with beards who live in the basement.
Case in point, the android central crew. the only guy I can relate to is that fat white guy who looks like Jim Belushi, everyone looks like a try hard.

Because sentiment sells, you cynical bint.

And yes, nearly EVERYONE cares about a phone's camera. Even my inlaws (who are significant in age and not tech people) have replaced their traditional cameras with smartphones.

You sir, "cokeblack" are so very very wrong. I almost think you may be jesting.

Same for subsequent posters who dismiss photo capabilities. What else is important? Texting? Phone reception? we are past all that. Oh, I forgot, the dingy cave,, dirty underwear, stacks of empty pizza boxes, unshaven, no shower gamer's world where photos are totally out of the realm of possibility. In fact, sunlight could be dangerous.

Camera capabilities are extremely important. So much so, Google is endeavoring to provide excellent camera capabilities on the new Nexus 5. I am looking forward to the camera capabilities review as I know everything else is state of the art.

Sorry but that does not make anyone wanna buy this phone. They makkng it seem like thats the best feature of the phone. Come on google you had to go harder than that. Every phone has a camera.

Well, it's more of how they were taken. The girl jumping up and down during one of the weddings, and being able to actually get a clear photos from all that movement. The mountain scene and PhotoSphere; a few low light situations; again more movement and the ability to acquire a good photo. Basically, google is trying to tell us that they worked on the camera, like they said they would since people complained. Hopefully, it takes good photos.

Considering that the n4 and previous cameras were crappy, it IS a selling point this time around

Most phones cameras take crap photos. First HTC, then Nokia, Sony, and LG finally produced great photo taking capabilities. Samsung barely and only lately. Moto still struggling.

Those dismissing photo capabilities are justifying phones like the Nexus 4.

Good for Google, throw in some hot lesbians and they would have covered everyone
