Google has again widened the availability of Play Store Merchant accounts, this time to 7 new countries. Now those located in Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Puerto Rico, Qatar, or Venezuela can register as merchants and accept payments for premium apps through Google Play. Previously developers in these locations were only able to list free apps, none of the paid variety. These new countries join the ever growing list of supported locations for merchants.
If you're a developer interested in becoming a Google Play Merchant, you can check out more here on how to get started.
