Dragon Quest IV

Square Enix is at it again, bringing another full game port over to the mobile platforms with Dragon Quest IV hitting Android today. Just like its lineup of other ported games, like several editions of the Final Fantasy franchise, Square Enix has put a hefty price tag of $14.99 on Dragon Quest IV. But those who want an immersive experience and hours of great gameplay, the price is likely worth it.

You'll play through five full chapters (and a bonus chapter after that) in this game, with a different character and story line in each one, so there's no doubt that you can get your money's worth out of this game just as you would on any other platform. You can check it out in the Play Store at the link above.

Dragon Quest IV from Square Enix lands in Google Play for $14.99

It's pretty good, personally I still would have preferred it to be in proper landscape mode, but it does work very well and doesn't detract from the game, and has the advantage of the touch screen UI seeming less in the way of things than typical games.

I was hoping they'd take the Dargon Quest meme/typo and run with it here too. Square Enix could have turned it into a marketing giant if they wanted to.
