Delta Air Lines

Delta Air Lines has released their official Android app, which aims to make travelling easier by making many of their services accessible on the go.

With the Delta app, users can now check in for flights, download boarding passes, check their flight's status, check their SkyMiles balance, see current weather conditions and more.

For those passengers frustrated at the lack of a dedicated mobile app for Delta Air Lines, the wait is over. Please find links to the app after the break. [Twitter] Thanks Jason!

Unfortunately, the ability to download your boarding pass is no longer available. Delta App support says they are working on it. Apparently, this function stopped working last week (used it on monday, couldn't use it on thursday). This needs to be a priority otherwise the app is pretty much useless.

That's really neat! Thank you for posting this article... I like what the corporation is doing here. It's vital to expand to the phones, as everyone is doing it. Delta is a great company, but like many nationwide businesses it can have some weak spots. I was surfing the internet and I found this site where people can vent about poor customer service or products they received... it can get really funny. I would recommend you to check it out here.
