New subscribers can snag three months of Google Play Music for a dollar

Whether you want to hop on board the streaming music train, or just give Google Play Music a try, Google is now offering a three-month subscription to the service for just a dollar for the holidays. Unfortunately, this one is for new subscribers only, which could be perfect for those unwrapping a new Android phone under the tree this year. Of course, a Google Play Music subscription comes with the added benefits of YouTube Red as well, serving up ad-free YouTube videos along with background playback

All of this is in addition to some other holiday sales that have graced the Play Store, including 50 percent off one album of your choice, 75 percent off a movie rental, and a ton of sales on games and apps. It's a good time to be an Android user.

Keep in mind that Google says the $1 deal on three months of Google Play Music access is for select countries only, so your luck may be hit or miss depending on which country you call home. Still, if you'd like to check out all of the holiday deals, be sure to head on over to Google Play now.
