Microsoft is letting all Android users access its Hyperlapse video app in the Google Play Store. The app was previously offered as a closed beta in May.

Hyperlapse, which should not be confused with Instagram's currently iOS exclusive app of the same name, allows Android smartphone owners to shoot fast and smooth time-lapse videos. They can use it for making all-new clips or they can change pre-existing videos on their phone so they can have the time-lapse features. Microsoft has previously launched a version of the app for Windows Phone, and there is also a "Pro" version for Windows desktop users with some more features.
