With zero bezels on either side, Chinese manufacturer Oppo's upcoming smartphone looks stunning.
It looks like Oppo's next phone will feature a bezel-less screen, if a series of leaked images are any indication. The photos reveal an edge-to-edge display that features zero bezels on the sides, similar to the Sharp Aquos Crystal. Oppo has stuck with a conventional earpiece (unlike the direct wave receiver on the Aquos Crystal) and the front camera at the top, as well as a three-button layout at the bottom of the screen.
There's also a video of the phone in action:
The device is the first from Oppo to utilize light refraction to create an illusion of a bezel-less screen, with GSM Arena discovering earlier this week that the Chinese vendor filed a patent for the same in its home country in December 2014.
At this stage, there is no word as to when the mystery device will be unveiled, or its price, but we'll keep you updated as soon as we know more. In the meantime, what do you guys think of Oppo's bezel-less phone?
