Beginning with the launch of the Galaxy Tab S, customers will be able to take advantage of three free months of subscription services for Marvel Unlimited opening the doors to Marvel's vast digital comic library. In addition to that, Galaxy Tab S owners will be among the first to get early sneak peeks for Marvel movies debuting in 2015 including Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron, Classic Marvel One-Shots and various other releases scheduled.

That's movies. Marvel owns the Spiderman comic books and merchandise.

They license out the characters. Fox, Sony, Universal, Disney and like 2-3 other studios have agreements for characters for a long time. And no other studio can use any of the characters another studio has under license without paying them to do so.

Even marvel can't touch their own characters that have been licensed out.

Rumors of Spiderman and Wolverine being in Avengers 2 fyi.

It's sad to see Samsung bulldoze over everything with all their money, and people cheering them on.

Soon, it will be a world of Apple and Samsung. And that's it.

LG is actually starting to catch up. Not sure about sales but I know it's G2/G3 series is gaining momentum. Same with Sony ever since they dropped that stupid 'Ericsson' brand. HTC was up there for a while but now...

I can see the product placement now. Tony Starks HUD will now be a Gear Glass and the Agents of Shield will be replacing all of their computers with Note Pro's. There will undoubtedly be a line of elastic Gear fits now for when Banner Hulks out. Wouldn't want him to lose it.
