Samsung's Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is the largest of the company's latest Galaxy devices, and it also sports the best camera system among them. It's equipped with a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED Quad HD+ display with HDR10+ support and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 processor. It has a 128GB storage capacity, expandable by up to 1TB via microSD, and 12GB RAM. The models on sale at Amazon only differ in color with Cosmic Black (opens in new tab) and Cosmic Gray (opens in new tab) both discounted.

Going for the deal today at Amazon is not only attractive because of the $300 discount, but also because the phones on offer are fully unlocked. That means you don't have to commit to a long-term contract with a carrier and you can use the phone with the CDMA or GSM provider of your choice.
