The Droid RAZR HD will come with a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED HD display along with a 2500mAh battery and Android 4.0.4 preloaded. That's all in addition to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.5 GHz dual-core S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage and NFC with the obvious LTE connectivity. If you're concerned about the camera, that's an 8MP shooter.
