The Android chin is back with the HTC One V.  Running on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), the HTC One V boasts a 3.7" SLCD2 display, a 1GHz single-core processor, 512MB of RAM, and a 5-megapixel camera.

The HTC One V also features the new HTC ImageChip which allows camera perks in the entire HTC one line, such as low-light capabilities and taking pictures while recording video.
