Following the phone's SIM-free launch a couple of weeks ago, the LG Optimus 3D is now available directly from British network Three. The phone is yours for free on any of Three's 24-month contracts, which range from £35 to £40 per month, or on Pay As You Go for £449.99. Not a bad price considering the tech that's packed inside this thing -- a 1GHz dual-core OMAP4 CPU, a 4.3-inch 3D display and dual 5-megapixel cameras for recording your own 3D content. Unfortunately it's running Froyo out of the box, but a Gingerbread update is expected in the next couple of months.
We've been getting to grips with the European Optimus 3D over the past week, and we'll have a full review written up for you you guys very soon. In the meantime, be sure to check out our write-up of an earlier prototype unit from Google IO.
