HTC is trying to make your switch to Android a little bit easier on your pockets by offering a $100 Google Play credit to customers who purchase the One M9 from Verizon. The new promotion kicks off on July 1 and runs through August 31, giving you plenty of time to head into Verizon and make the switch. The deal is exclusive to the Verizon variant of the One M9, but it is still a great offer.
In addition to the $100 credit, HTC is still offering its Uh Oh Protection on the device, which gets you a one-time free replacement, incase you crack it or get it soaked in water. To redeem the offer, customers must provide HTC with proof of purchase and some other information, and they will then receive a $100 coupon code. The code must be added to a Google Wallet account before September 30, and will be valid for one year from that date. This promotion runs through August 30, so if you have been looking for the right deal on a new smartphone, or want to switch platforms, the $100 will sure make it easier to grab all of your favorite apps, courtesy of HTC.
