Picture says "Quad Core LTE" but in the connectivity on the specs, it doesn't say LTE so will this beauty be sold through cell retailers being LTE capable?

Poor resolution, old HSPA+ speed. The galaxy S2 had 21mbps a year ago.
I guess this is just a cheap fun device.

That's adorable. Like anyone ever needs a resolution higher than 1280x800 on a 10 inch screen.

Not to mention that HSPA+ speed is when running in 3G.
