HTC and Under Armour just announced the HTC Grip, a fitness tracker for Android and iOS!
More in our HTC One Liveblog!.
Does it have built in GPS?

This may be my first tracker then.
could you consider the Sony SW3 which also has GPS?
How many people actually use these fitness bands for anything other than measuring their heart rate and counting steps? I'm not a fitness enthusiast so I really am interested. Enough people to justify this many companies jumping into the market?

5 hour battery life when using GPS though? Ouch. I understand why available power is reduced bc of the constant sensor activity, but wow. I'd like to like it, but it's not looking favorable based on this announcement.
Looks nice. Looking forward to reading some reviews.
