Carphone Warehouse today announced that the UK retailer has commenced taking pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, with a launch date of December 12. The smartphone features advanced components and a unique flexible display that curves sharply off to the right of the device. Plans start from £48.50 with an upfront fee of £129.99 or a whopping £795 SIM-free, so prepare the wallets this holiday season.
We recently reviewed the Galaxy Note Edge – which we strongly recommend you check out – noting that while it's a superb smartphone and one of the best from 2014, we simply cannot find a reason why anyone should purchase one. Still, it's a unique piece of it and we're sure many will be interested in adding the Note Edge to their collection. The device is available in both blue and exclusive white.
Let us know in the comments if you place an order.
Update: Carphone Warehouse has corrected their previous release — the Note Edge is due out on December 12th, not the 28th of November. So you'll have to wait two weeks instead of getting it, well today.
