This is obviously great news because it'll mean more Android devices but since no LG Android Phone has hit the US, we're unsure if we'll ever see the benefits of this. Regardless, we're hopeful that the GT540 will buck

The GT540 is a cute little device that seems to hit the midrange end of the market, especially catering to those who've yet to own a smartphone.

For those of you pining for a new Android device on Sprint, you may soon get your wish. The Boy Genius Report has snagged a shot from Sprint's inventory screen that shows the LG LS680, clearly listing an Android handset. (Don't get crazy about the $1 listing, that's likely just a placeholder.)

No real world on what the LS680 might be,...

Our neighbors to the north, Canada, should be happy to know that their Android offerings are about to be expanded. As expected, the LG GW620, LG's first Android device, will launch on Rogers for $49.99 with new 3-year contract. We've seen the LG Eve before and were intrigued by its social networking capabilities. LG GW880 Android Phone Leaks, Uses China Mobile's Ophone

Casey Chan News Tuesday, 01 September 2009

Not this again. China Mobile has ruined another potentially good phone. The LG GW880 is LG's first Android device, and though we were once eager to see what LG was cooking with Android, the GW880 is another WiFi-less device that runs China Mobile's Ophone. Which is pretty much code for saying we'll never sniff this Android phone. Yeah, lame.

The LG GW880 specs packs a 3.5-inch WVGA touchscreen with 256MB RAM, 512 MB ROM, GPS, 5MP...
