All customers buying the LG G4 in South Korea will receive a one-time screen replacement that is valid up to one year after the purchase of the device, along with a 64GB memory card.
LG states that the offer is valid until May 31, suggesting immediate availability following the launch of the LG G4 on April 28. Information from a leaked microsite suggests that the device will feature a 5.5-inch "Quantum" display, 16-megapixel camera with f/1.8 lens, dual flash and OIS along with a 3,000mAh battery. Leaked renders of the phone also reveal a leather back that will likely be removable.
At this stage, we don't know if screen replacement service will be offered outside of LG's home market. We've reached out to the manufacturer, and will update the article as soon as we hear more.
Update: LG has confirmed that the screen replacement service and the free 64GB memory card offer is exclusive to South Korea.
