LG has announced that the recently introduced V10 will come equipped with LG GATE to bring enterprise-level security to the smartphone. LG GATE meets US Federal Government Standard with FIPS 140-2 Certification, and meets AES-256 standards.
Since 2013, LG has enhanced its technological capabilities in smartphone security based on LG GATE, an enterprise-level platform for businesses developed by LG, once again proving its technological superiority. LG GATE not only increases accessibility to enterprise server information, but also provides a variety of security solutions, such as anti-hacking system for enterprise software, and mobile device management functions for smartphones.
In addition, the LG V10 also offers a fingerprint reader on the power button which is placed on the rear of the smartphone, offering yet another level of protection. The LG V10 will be making its way to Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile when it becomes available in the US.
