Amazon just announced a new version of the Fire HD 10 Kids Edition. Even though the tablets won't be released until October 30, Amazon is sharing one way for you to save while pre-ordering. You can discount the total by $50 when you pre-order two of the tablets. If you want different colors, the Blue/Pink, Purple/Blue, and Purple/Pink bundles already include the $50 savings in the price, giving you both tablets for $349.98. If you want both tablets to be the same color, just add two of whichever color you prefer, and you should see the price automatically discounted during checkout.

If you're not a kid and don't have kids and don't care about kiddie things, Amazon also has a new version of the regular Fire HD 10 tablet. And you can get a free version of Minecraft if you pre-order before its release on October 30.

The Kids Edition of the tablet is a fully featured Fire HD 10 tablet. It also comes with a year of Amazon's FreeTime Unlimited, a kid-proof case with a built-in stand, and a two-year worry-free guarantee. Kids are rough, and if your kids happen to get too rough and break the tablet... probably by throwing it or spilling something on it or somehow lighting it on fire... then Amazon will replace it for free.

FreeTime Unlimited is an Amazon subscription service that gives you access to 20,000 apps, games, books, videos, and more. You'll get educational content from PBS Kids, Nickelodeon, Disney, and other popular brands. It also includes a lot of Spanish content. After the one year is up, your subscription will automatically renew for $2.99 a month unless you cancel it.

The tablet also comes with easy-to-use parental controls. Use these to set screen time limits, educational goals, and content filters.

Although the Fire HD 10 comes with 32GB of internal storage, you can expand that with a microSD card. The tablet supports cards up to 512GB, but you can get 256GB cards for around $40 usually. Use the storage to download videos, books, and music or just stream your favorites.
