In Short

The LG Watch Style was released together with the LG Watch Sport as a point of counterbalancing that big and brawny watch for the launch of Android Wear 2.0. The slim, sleek and beautiful LG Watch Style doesn't include all of the bells and whistles of its larger sibling, but in return is compact enough to actually be considered by a majority of people who have consistently found smartwatches to be too big for their wrists.

Inside this 10 mm-thick package you get a 240mAh battery and a new Snapdragon Wear 2100 processor that can get all of your basic tasks done. Considering the smaller 1.2-inch P-OLED display and lack of a heart rate sensor, NFC or other advanced functions, there isn't any need for more hardware inside. Software-wise, it runs the same Android Wear 2.0 as any other watch.

With a lower $249 starting price and three distinct color combinations — plus standard 18 mm swappable watch bands — the LG Watch Style has broad appeal to plenty of people who value size and looks over raw features and functionality.
