Amazon Prime Day is here and, as is to be expected, Amazon has slashed the prices of its own services from Music Unlimited to Audible, Kindle Unlimited, and more (not to mention a swathe of discounted devices to use them on). Amazon Prime members, unsurprisingly, get the best deals but there are a few other savings to be had even for non-members. We've rounded up the best deals below.

Amazon Kindle Unlimited

Take this Kindle Unlimited promotion. Right now, Amazon Prime members can get three months of the service absolutely free of charge. Kindle Unlimited gives you access to over a million titles, spanning from technical documents to cookbooks to fantasy novels to nonfiction. Need a self-help book? Want to re-read Harry Potter for the seventeenth time? It's all there, and it's all free with your membership. If you're yet to try Kindle Unlimited, this three-month free trial is the perfect opportunity. On the other hand, you could jump right into a longer membership at up to 40% off, which is a deal that's good not just for new members but returning subscribers too. Amazon has a different Kindle Unlimited deal offering two months for just $0.99 that's available for everyone if you don't want to sign up for Amazon Prime. The offers won't last forever though.

Good reads only

Amazon Kindle Unlimited

Yep, that's right. Three months. All the books you can handle. Free for Prime members.

If you prefer to listen to your books, Amazon's got you covered. Its Audible service has gotten a couple of Prime-exclusive discounts ahead of Amazon Prime Day. Prime members can score a 66% saving on a three-month Audible trial bringing the monthly price down to just $4.85. You will get a credit for one audiobook every month and those credits can be used on any audiobook on Audible regardless of price. You'll also get to pick two Audible Originals every month from Amazon's curated selection, essentially giving you three free audiobooks every month. If you're happy to commit to a longer period fo time, you can save $30 on a year-long membership and snag an Amazon Echo Dot smart speaker for only $1 in the process. The Echo Dot itself is better than half price right now at $22 alone, so you can weigh up whether you want to go for the shorter trial and grab the Dot separately or get the discounted year-long membership with a $1 Dot. Echo devices work great with an Audible subscription allowing you to ask Alexa to resume your audiobook from where exactly where you left off.

Audible Escape

Right now, you can save 75% on your first three months of Audible Escape. The service grants you unlimited listening to a huge selection of love stories including individual titles and full series from your favorite authors, as well as original and exclusive stories produced by Audible that you can't get anywhere else. This limited-time discount makes it just $3 per month for three months. You can cancel at any time or continue subscribing at the regular cost of $12.95 per month after the promotional period ends.

Amazon Music Unlimited

Books not your thing? Well, Amazon is also offering four months of its Music Unlimited streaming service for just $1 right now. The deal is only available to Prime subscribers and is running now through the end of Prime Day. For only a quarter each month, you'll gain access to millions of hit songs that you can stream on-demand and ad-free on tons of devices, from smartphones to tablets, your computer, and more. It also allows you to download tracks directly to your device so you can keep listening in situations where you have no internet. The offer does state it's for new Music Unlimited users only but we've heard some people having luck redeeming it even if they've used the service before.

Amazon Photos

Many people don't know Amazon also offers photo storage with its Amazon Photos service. If it is, all you have to do is download the free Amazon Photos app for iOS or Android and upload at least one picture. That's it. You'll receive a free $15 Amazon credit via email within 14 days. Note that the promotional credit will expire at the end of July, so be sure to use it before then. Luckily for you, that's $15 to spend during Prime Day.
