Sony has launched its latest flagship, the Xperia Z3+, at an event in New Delhi for ₹55,900 ($870). The device is available in retail stores from today, with most major outlets already featuring signage promoting the phone.
The Xperia Z3+ is available in all four color variants — Black, White, Gold and Aqua Green, and Sony is bundling the UCH10 Quick Charger with the handset. You get a factory-installed screen protector as well, but you should probably get rid of that.
Featuring a Snapdragon 810 SoC and a 5.2-inch full-HD display, the Xperia Z3+ is an iterative update over last year's offering. It's unlikely the device will see a lot of interest from customers in the country, given that the Galaxy S6 and the LG G4 — offering QHD displays — are available for as low as ₹41,900 ($650).
