Only three days left to enter to win a Motorola Xoom!

Motorola Xoom

The Motorola Xoom is looking to be the Android tablet to beat so far -- check out of first look at CES. And if the rumors are correct, it could well be launched in the next few weeks on Verizon.

And that means it's time to give one away. We're teaming up with Wyse Technology, developer of the Pocket Cloud app, to deliver one unactivated -- and free -- Motorola Xoom tablet, running the Honeycomb version of Android. Hit the break for the full details and instructions on how to enter.

The contest details

First things first -- we don't yet know when the Xoom will be made available on Verizon. Rumors have it at mid-February, but that could well change. Also be aware that the Xoom will launch as a 3G tablet. Verizon has said it is expected to be upgraded to be LTE-capable sometime in the second quarter of the year.

The Xoom is being purchased and delivered by Wyse Technology, once Verizon makes the Xoom available for purchase.

You must be a U.S. resident at least 13 years old to participate in this contest. For complete rules, click here.

How to enter

It's simple: In the comments of this contest post, tell us how PocketCloud has helped (or will help) you do what you do better.

The contest ends at 7 a.m. EDT Sunday, Jan. 30. Wyse will cull the entries and choose a winner, which we'll announce later that week. Remember to answer the question. Merely replying "Yes!" or "I want to win!" will not get the job done. And we won't stop you from entering more than once, but we'll know if you do. So don't waste your time.

All that said, have fun, and good luck!

This app almost turns my tablet into a full on computer. What more can you want?! Great app to combine with the Motorola zoom! Pocketcloud FTW!

*****Take care of my Sailors and Marines*****
When you are deployed or travel frequently, connectivity to loved ones is very tough! I can't tell you the number of times I have taken my Sailors and Marines from one mission to the next and have one of them ask to use my laptop, cell phone, etc. Communicating with our family and friends is what gets us through! We are so thankful just to hear a voice on the other end but in the off chance we could actually be able to see the person on the other end, WOW! Laptops are nice but this would just make things so much lighter and easier for me to just hand to my guys and say enjoy! That is what it would do for me.

Being a young entrepreneur having a Xoom Android powered tabled combined with the power of the Pocket Wise app would truly alow me to conduct business everywhere and anywhere. The freedom to travel while working losing no functionality of being away from the office is priceless. Please make me a winner Wyse Technology.

As an IT guy in the healthcare field I'm always looking for cutting edge technology that will make my end users more productive and efficent. I believe that pocketcloud will be the answer to this growing demand. Winning this tablet will allow me to show our group that pocketcloud is the present and future which could lead to endless business ventures.

The Pocket Cloud app by Wyse would make productivity on the go and relaxing at home an amazing experience. By cutting the cord on my PC's I would have true mobility and yet access to a powerful workstation all at my fingertips.

Pocketcloud will help me access by business documents on the fly without having to have a laptop with me all the time.

I just honestly think that if I were to "win" one'them fine Moto' tablet compooter-types it'd afford me the ability to continue with the blasted severe traumatic brain injury recovery, which bytheway, I been 'tworking for going on the Fourth (4th) year! But you could, if you were so inclined, read about my extended vacay/trauma-vehicle/journey through the Center of the Earth on my photoblog at weluvmike.com

I think also that PocketCloud would help bring it all together, thus becoming the much needed and missing glue to bring my recovery back into this, the 21st century!

Pocket cloud would set me free. I would no longer have to worry about what i can\cannot do, where i can and cannot go one week a month when I am on call. This is every tech's dream come true!!!

well I'm in the Army and I do a lot of travelling for my job. being able to access my home computer would help me get a more done and make my life easier. The pocketcloud technology is awesome, and it would be even more awesome if i had a rocking tablet to use it with. (it's hard to get things done on my droid incredible because the screen is so small)

I'm a graduate student in a healthcare related field. I also have multiple computers where i access lecture notes, projects, other online information. PocketCloud would make me more efficient in organizing the vast amount of information I need to acess from many different sources.

The thing that I love about PocketCloud is that it evolves the way that I do business, it allows me to work from wherever I am and to use whatever divice is at my disposal.

PocketCloud is a life saver, it gives me access to my home or office computer wherever I might be, perfect for the "on the go" people like me. If I had to describe PocketCloud is like always having all your computers in your pocket, always with in reach, always secure and always reliable no matter what the situation is. What sets PocketCloud apart from other remote desktop apps out there is the how intuitive it is, you can tell that the developers have gone the extra mile to make sure you enjoy using PocketCloud.

After working like a dog since I was 16, I lost my job in September 2009. Being the industrious, tenatious Type A personality, I got to work updating my resume and getting online and applying for everything I could. In less than 6 weeks, I found a job ABOVE my current ability, one where my new boss was SO impressed with me she created a job for me, and at TWICE the salary I was making! I was so proud of myself, I decided to volunteer to help people with their resumes! I coordinated my efforts through local networking locations in my city, and this is turning into quite a fun challenge!

PocketCloud would only help me bet better organized by being able to connect anywhere/anytime, keeping track of all my new customers and helping THEM get the job of their dreams!

I refused to 'settle' for something less just because the economy sucked, I tell all my clients they don't have to either!

I work in IT and Pocket Cloud is exactly what I need to securely access my files while on the go. Right now it's a pain to get to a computer to VNC in and grab something quickly. I didnt know about this product until seeing this post so I'm glad you guys teamed up!

Wyse Experience! Wyse PocketCloud allows IT administrators and end users to securely access their PC and virtual desktops remotely through the convenience of their iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. For IT administrators that manage large numbers of computers, PocketCloud allows quick and easy access to an end-user machine from anywhere on the road. For remote users needing secure access to their computer, PocketCloud is a simple and effective way of "taking" their computer with them in the palm of their hand.

PocketCloud accesses any physical or virtualized infrastructure that supports the Microsoft RDP or VNC protocols. In addition PocketCloud is VMware View 4.5 Certified and supports VMware View 4.5 connection broker in direct and tunneling modes.

Secure?

No Worries! PocketCloud also provides the security you need when accessing your sensitive data with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) support (and experimental support for RSA Two-Factor Authentication).

Free Extras?

You Bet! Included with PocketCloud is a Windows client-side companion application that once installed on your remote machine, enables more advanced capabilities such as Thin-Browser™ (an enhanced, server-side browser capability), enabling full access to websites with Flash content.

The internet has changed the way we live and share our lives, it has given us instant access to friends, family information and entertainment, the natural progression is the business world. Cloud computing is allowing me the same instant access to my business, multiple ways to communicate with clients, vendors and the ability to work and access information whenever and wherever. The motorola Xoom is going to lead the way in giving me one tool to have the instant connection to both my personal life and with cloud computing, my business world as well! Thank you Wyse technologies, Motorola and google!!

Pocketcloud and a XOOm would mean I can leave my 8 lbs laptop behind and access Autocad and a host of other applications without the weight.

PocketCloud would enable me to access my home computer while on the road so I can keep my work and home files separate. This is important to me as my company's IT policies are very locked down and I like to maintain a life outside of work.

Pocket Cloud makes managing my home network and syncing PC's effortless. I don't have a epic story of why I deserve to win. I just love technology with a burning passion.

Pocketcloud allows me to remotely help my wife with PC issues at home, and allows me to access all my documents when at work. The intuitive pointer/mouse works great !

I have a long commute and pocketcloud would be a lifesaver if I forgot some crucial information on my home PC while i'm out in the shop!

To play tricks such as the phantom Computer: A fun way to prevent my meddlesome brother from using my computer again.

Pocketcloud makes it easy to manage my multiple computers from my bed when I am lazy.

I am a Mac/Windows admin and being able to use pocketcloud would be a wonderful experience. A couple of others in the office have iPads and can use pocketcloud and makes life much easier to get to much needed tools for administration of the domain and other tools needed to make life easier without the need of having to carry a bulky laptop around or an underpowered netbook around. Would love to win an Android based tablet to show others in the office and throughout our school to maybe win over some others to buy the products I would win!

As a college student, my life is always on the go. That is where my (current) mobile phone is handy. I can do more on it now than I ever could before. Having to focus on classes, print out syllabi, look up homework, and everything more, can be a hassle. Thanks to the growing app market on the Android OS, there are many applications that assist me in my daily focuses. I have found PocketCloud as an extremely useful application. It allows me to print things on the go. I have even found myself using it at one point in a way I never expected. I accidentally left one of my class assignments on my laptop back in my dorm room. My teacher was not believing me initially, and I used PocketCloud to prove that it was there and send it in an e-mail at that exact moment. This is the main time that PocketCloud has proven most beneficial. I am excited about the release of Android tablets as they will replace most of the computing that I put on my smartphone. And, using PocketCloud on a tablet seems like a whole new slew of features waiting to be tapped into. I am not only excited about getting a tablet, I am excited about using PocketCloud to its fullest extent on the beautiful Motorola Xoom. (I will eventually save up to buy this tablet even if I don't win.) I thank Android Central and Wyse for such an opportunity.

Edit: ACCIDENTALLY POSTED TWICE DUE TO BAD INTERNET. I APOLOGIZE. CANNOT DELETE, AHH!

will help me access medical records remote so rounds and billings will be simultaneous. can't wait because the phone screen is to small.

PocketCloud will help me be more productive on the go and get those pictures, music, and documents i forgot back in my hands! I will be sure to use the PocketCloud app on my Xoom if im so lucky to recieve it! Thanks again AC and Wyse Tech.!

Pocketcloud will help me when my mom needs to do something on the computer and doesn't know how, I'll be able to help her and not have to wait until I see her to help her out.

Pocket Cloud is AWESOME! I am hardly at home so I only have my phone. I want a desktop experience so I just use Pocket Cloud! I feel like I am using my desktop and fell SUPER secure. There is no other app on the market like it!
If I had a Motorola Xoom I would be able to feel more confident and be more secure because Pocket Cloud will make the desktop feeling happen on a tablet! Sometimes I am going home from work and I realize I forgot to do something on my desktop. All I do is stop somewhere and I get the desktop feel in the palm of my hand. I finish what I need to do and go. It has saved me from my boss' lectures a million times. (And those lectures are boring) This app has helped me say bye bye lectures. LOL
If I could win a Xoom and be able to use Pocket Cloud on it, it would be AMAZING! This app helps me do my work so easily over 3G. Imagine 4G! It runs smoothly and is my one and only remote desktop app. It is the Best and I will forever be a loyal user. Even more if I am able to win the Xoom.
Thanks Android Central and a special thanks to Wyse for your awesome remote desktop app. I am truly grateful for your hardwork in this app. It is a life saver!

Being able to connect to various family member's systems as the designated computer "expert" from wherever I might be will be completely useful... I'd love to win the Motorola XOOM!

I build websites and I often need to rdp into my desktop to get access to files and most importantly to use filezilla to ftp into my server sure I could probably do that from my evo but then I wont be able to make use of my fiber optic connection. Yayy pocketcloud.

PocketCloud allows me to travel the world free from worry about what I might have left behind on my desk! Rather than wasting a fortune calling home at odd hours on my last trip to Ukraine, I used PocketCloud to remote in, grab what I needed from my desktop in Denver and send it directly to my client!! As a design/development consultant, it can be a pain to deal with constant changes to CAD files. With PocketCloud for Android, I rarely have to carry my laptop around with me in distant places where it is not exactly practical or safe. My team can continue developing the design and then I can go in and grab what I need remotely from the site.

Now a XOOM with PocketCloud, now that would be even better than PocketCloud on my EVO!! Thanks Wyse, you guys are lifesavers!!

Well I no longer have a computer due to a fried motherboard so no pocket cloud for me. I wish it could be useful. A xoom would still be great tho.

PocketCloud allows me to help my customers while not at my PC. I can also quickly access my files and passwords that I might need. I can send an email with a file that I don't have on my phone.

Well I am a drafter by trade and Pocketcloud would help me a lot in the field on site at houses. Being able to access drawings and schematics with ease in & out of the house would be a dream come true.I would love to win one of these!

I need to get at images I have on my Mac at home constantly so Pocket Cloud would be a real boon for me.

I work as an independent IT consultant and I use PocketCloud on all my client's servers and for remote support. From the remote connection to the servers I can also jump into any user's workstation. This saves me from dozens of trips to solve very minor problems while I'm on the road visiting other clients or doing errands helping me be more productive and increase my bottom line.

This has added a level of value with my agreements as I actively promote remote support within my client's.

I've also used it's more advanced capabilities to test out my Hyper-V VDI implementations both within the site (through Wi-Fi) and off-site (through 3G). Thanks to this and an assortment of other tools I only use my laptop to work with Office documents.

Pocket Cloud would help me keep up to date in this new high tech world. Pocket Cloud would keep me connected with the items I have at home, work, and ANYWHERE. Pocket Cloud is the jumping board I need to succeed in this tablet using world!!

Pocketcloud will enable me to log in to my work computer when I'm at the job site. I can send drawings to my client and reprographics from my smartphone. This is incredbily useful.

PocketCloud is a powerful and interesting product, i study IT at University, i love the Android world and developing on it. I thin that this tablet could help me developing some new and innovative app.

Since I am on the move a lot and away from my office at extended periods of time, I tend to still need to find a way to do work with whatever down time I have...and I tend to do that mostly with a smartphone. PocketCloud has helped me to expand on this with remote access to my computer where I can actually manage files that I can't store on my phone. It has tremendously helped eased concerns and the need to run really fast and awkwardly back to the office.

I teach about 100 miles from home. Pocket Cloud would come really handy on one of those days when I forgot to copy my teaching materials to my flash drive. Access my computer with Pocket Cloud, email them to my gmail account - grab them at the university computer. Boom! Problem solved!

The Xoom would make doing this with Pocket Cloud a pleasant experience!

WOW this is great...First off coming to android from Blackberry has merely changed my Life...But PocketCloud has re-invented my life...Has given my the advantage of interacting with my PC at home with a wide-range of features, and I dont know where I would be without it...thanks to everyone involved...this XOOM would just add icing to the cake...thanks guys, and good luck everyone !!!!!!

Wyse PocketCloud enables complete access to my Windows PC, virtual machine or Remote Desktop Services from my Android Device and it makes my life extremely better! I absolutely love it!

I am a server admin by day and a superhero at night. Unfortunately, prior to Pocket Cloud (and my Droid X) there were many times I had to put a halt to my superhero duties...you know, saving the life of an innocent child, saving the entire west coast from a Godzilla attack, etc.... being forced to drag out my laptop, booting it up, praying there was some free wifi around....blah, blah, blah merely to troubleshoot a misbehaving Windows server. With PocketCloud on my hip, I am able to quickly whip out my Droid X, fire up pocket cloud and RDP to my servers all while continuing to leap tall buildings in a single bound and savings the lives of thousands....I can only image how much more productive I will be running PocketCloud on a Xoom!

Really, PocketCloud allows me to enjoy dinner out with my wife while being on call. Knowing I can easily access and troubleshoot our server farm anywhere without lugging a laptop is priceless.

I am a financial advisor who is constantly on the go meeting with clients and attending meetings with fund companies and attending trade meetings. Having a powerful tool such as Pocket Cloud would be invaluable. It would allow me to update client files, look up client information and do research from the road. I would be able to streamline by business and most importantly help my clients much more quickly. Instead of having to get back into the office in order to help them, I would be able to pull up their information and get back to them in a few minutes. I also could look to streamline my whole team and get everyone on this software. It would be a win win for everyone!

I'm a graduate student and I run through a lot of data during the week. I also get to travel a lot and with that travel comes the possibility of leaving something behind. With the ability to access that data from any spot with a mobile connection, I would never have to worry about not having a figure or a piece of data in my travels. It would also allow for easy access to the data when I may have forgotten to bring it home with me. Beyond work, it will also help me save time and energy with personal data that I need to bring with me but need to keep updated across platforms. Yay technology being helpful! :D

While I have never used PocketCloud, I have used several subpar RDP programs as a University student and a laboratory researcher on my smartphone(s) - first on an iPhone, and now an Epic 4G (Android).

The products that I have used are excruciatingly bad to the point of often disconnecting, and many are often dangerously unsecured. They also tended to have bad control schema, but I've seen PocketCloud in action, and wow!

While these subpar programs have certainly saved my hide several times now (forgetting an essential file on my desktop), these problems coupled with a small screen (killing my eyes >.<) mean I need to upgrade to a tablet soon. Too bad I have no monies :(

Allowing me to win the tablet (or PocketCloud in general) will assist my research in DNA vaccines so that we can more quickly eradicate the diseases that are most harmful to all of our lives!

AC/Wyse, I implore you to choose me for the contest. Even if you do not, thank you very much for holding this contest and making someone very happy! +100 Good karma for you guys

PocketCloud allows me to remote into my servers and pcs from anywhere I can get a phone signal and check to make sure that things are running as they should.

Pocket Cloud is perfect for those times when I go all the way to school, and then realize that I left my document at my home computer. Accessing it from my evo is OK, but the added screen size of the Xoom would just be fantastic. So many times, I leave stuff on the wrong computer, and pocket cloud could save me!

PocketCloud would help help me keep all of my media in one place while using them everywhere. I'm also dying to use it to write through to my desktop from the road. It would let me keep my tech bag slim while still accessing Windows applications on a large screen.

I would love to win a XOOM!!! I work in IT and constantly have to fix PCs remotely. Some PCs are in other states so using PocketCloud and the XOOM would make my life so much easier when on the go. I would be able to tether the XOOM with my phone and fix things on my lunch break as well so this way when I get home I can actually relax a little. Please Pick Me :)

I am a systems engineer for a consulting company. I get calls at all sorts of weird hours and sometimes when I'm not able to get to a laptop or workstation. PocketCloud allows me to assist customers and make my company more profitable when I'm at the store, my relatives' house, or even at the gym.

Being in the field of social media and always being mobile, being able to remote in to take care of tasks is a godsend. Having a Tablet would allow me to utilize pocketCloud even more since I wouldn't be restricted to a small screen. Being able to leave a heavy associated laptop at the office would be a giant load off my back.

I would very much like to learn about the Pocketcloud and feel this is just the ticket to keep me up to date with the latest technology.

It would be wonderful to have something so light for my everyday usage.

Besides getting a bigger dose of Android-goodness, I'll be able to utilize the tablet and PocketCloud to access my files from anywhere. I can share all my new photos of my kids photos with their grandparents (they love the pictures of the baby), accessing my music or videos when I'm bored on the road, accessing my support files when I'm fixing someones computer remotely from their home, and accessing my home PC for those times when I forget that ever important presentation or other work-related files.
I love the fact that I can use a small tablet rather than a bulky laptop!

I have used team viewer but switched to pocketcloud as it features much better security. It is great from my android phone butwould be awesome from a tablet with a much larger screen. Allows me to access my computer from anywhere. Great App! Hope I get lucky! Thanks.

As someone who's an on the go student filmmaker, using pocketcloud has been revolutionary. Pocketcloud has saved us many times. I can use it to look at the video files I have already shot, see what needs to be reshot, edit and look at my script, and contact people about setting up times and places to meet. Even though we are only like 2-3 people, pocketcloud has been the biggest contributor to our group. It helps me work on things I could never imagine could be done and should be on every Android/iOS phone.

Pocket Cloud app looks like a handy tool to have if you need to remotely access your PC. However, I don't own a computer to access! :) Which is why I'd love to win this contest.

When I visit my cousin in Pennsylvania I always get on her computer and watch videos of her baby. So, it would be so neat to be able to do that from my home in Florida!

I love the simple interface of PocketCloud and use it daily to view my files and run my PC. This is one of my top 5 favorite apps and I plan on upgrading to the paid version when I can afford it. The moto xoom looks fantastic. I hope I win.

Being a college student I am always moving around place to place. If I could just have all my information in one place my life would be a lot more stress free.

Pocketcloud definitely seems like an awesome step in the right direction for the future of remote management and myself. As a fulltime nursing student, I find myself having to lug around so many things--books, mp3 player, netbook, and numerous items that just makes for a soar back everynight. But with pocketcloud, I know the tools necessary to help my brother, who is also a fulltime college student, will become vastly available. And my sister, yet another full-timer in law school, who's always asking for ways to simplify her life, would reap greatly from my ability to demonstrate to her and countless friends the power of the pocketcloud and why it is not just the way of the future, but the doorway to a much more consumer friendly form of management. Pocketcloud is not a secret, it is an experience that must be shared.

I'm downloading PocketCloud now! Being able to remote login with the UI I've seen on the demo video is a win win. I'll use the heck out of this! Looks way better than logmein!

I would very much like to learn about the Pocketcloud and feel this is just the ticket to keep me up to date with the latest technology.

It would be wonderful to have something so light for my everyday usage.

I train associates in retail stores and I'm constantly on the road, I would love to have access to all of my files on my phone and tablet to show and give presentations on the spot when things come up.

I use Pocketcloud to show off Windows in Android (shhhh, don't tell the i*hone users that it's on iOS too)

PocketCloud would be a tremendous help if I got the Motorola Xoom. I work for a computer consulting company and access dozens of servers on a daily basis. It's helpful in an emergency to be able to access servers on my phone, but it would be tremendously more efficient on a tablet (and might even help justify my boss getting some for everyone). I can't wait to see the Xoom in action, especially for things like remote support through PocketCloud. Thanks for the contest!

This app has saved me many times. With my new small business(computer repair/network services), I can access any files I need on my computers at my house. Say I forget an invoice, boom I can access it.

I like the idea of being able to use Pocket Cloud to remote control my PC. Definitely like the idea of being able to do this from a tablet!

My wife and I are trying to have a baby soon... Having pocket cloud pro on a Xoom will for sure make our lives a bit easier when she gets pregnant. I'll be able to stay home and work remotely while spending quality time with my new family. THAT would be why I want it and can't wait for my family to grow...

I would love to be able to get a Xoom to make it easier for me to help people with their computer issues as well as showing it to others that I work with so as to convince them to purchase one. Possibly making a few apple fans a little jealous! :-)

Pocketcloud has helped me when my car broke down on the way to my grandma's house. Naturally I didn't even make it half way on the freeway and while I was waiting for someone to come help me fix my car I used pocketcloud to download some drama's and anime's on my computer for when I got home from a long stressful day.

With PocketCloud, I can finally help my mother who lives a few states away without the "no, just tell me what it says on the screen but DON'T click anything!" conversation. With the tablet, I could do it with a bigger screen!

It helps with my wife access any of her papers or documents when she is at school and does the same for me at work.

I use pocketcloud to quickly log in to my parent's computer to provide them on fly tech support.

PocketCloud can/and will improve my life by letting me helpout the Android Community as I do know, but at any time of the day and no matter where I am at. I spent a lot of time at my computer and usually have my phone in hand too. Adding a XOOM into the picture would make things 100 times better for me. Allowing me to take a tablet with me wherever I go and using PocketCloud to keep my personal and side-business up to date on the go or while at work. Also it will allow me to help my children with any computer issue or questions while I am not home. My kids have a ton of computer related questions and they usually have to wait until I get home to answer them. With a tablet and PocketCloud they could call me with a question and I could help them out while still being on the phone with them. It would literally change my life....and my children's lives too!

Pocket Cloud would help me keep track of my notes and assignments for class that are saved on my computer without having to carry it to class everyday.

It would be very helpful for me as a college student. My parents are always needing me to "fix their computers" when something doesn't work. This would let me do it without moving! hope I get lucky!

I'm a network admin and use citrix a lot. Using pocketcloud helps me test my app deployments in various environments.

I do inventory control and on a number of occasions when I called myself being on vacation, Pocketcloud helped me to do a few things from home. There's been a few times where it has helped me access things on my personal computer as well. Some things should just be included with computer software and this is one of them.

I am a high schooler getting ready to go to college. I need something that will let me access and of my files and so on. I think that Pocket Cloud would help me a lot.i cant afford something like logmein, as i have to save as much money as possible.

I can use PocketCloud to show off Android, but primarily when I am on the go I usually want to be able to access my files from my computer, I can upload them to megaupload or mediafire and get them right on my device. Let's say I want to get a song from my computer, I could be on a train thousands of miles away from my PC, and do it.
RDP clients is the future, especially this one :).

As an appraiser PocketCloud on the Xoom will allow me to access my office system when I'm out in the field on inspection to retrieve vital information. Thanks for the opportunity.

The killer combo of PocketCloud and XOOM would help this poor musician better manage his band (night job) while stuck at the office (day job). I can't tell you how many times having access to my home computer has proven invaluable for helping share my music online. Let me ROCK the XOOM!

I'm a salesman and work from a laptop on the road. This would streamline my workspace. Rather than lugging my laptop around I could enter orders, check inventory, and write up quotes on the Motorola Xoom with Pocketcloud and access my work desktop. This would help boost sales because of how accessible everything becomes. Customers are always impressed when you can get things done right away.

This would be great when I start back to school would make useing a tablet that much easier add that with cloud printing and that is going to be one hell of a combo. Can use tablet and just use pocketcloud to bring up programs and papers I would have to have at school. Pocketcloud and a xoom would make my load lighter and I would never be with out important data.

PocketCloud has helped me tremendously with managing my pictures in the awesome cloud where ever I am at! It has been a great tool that I've been just recently gotten used to as I don't want all my picture on facebook for everyone to access. But when I'm with my friends and want to show a friend something that isn't on facebook, PocketCloud has been there for me because its easy to access all my pictures on my Droid! It's nice to not have to lug around something like a Hard drive because PocketCloud is always accessible!

Pocketcloud would help me access my laptop files when I'm in the field. I can't stay away from my laptop lol but it does come in handy when I need field manuals for my equipment that are on my laptop for assistance. I hope I could be selected to win the Motorola Zoom because it would be handy when I get deployed to Iraq in the next couple of months. I'm going to need that ereader and all the good stuff that android can do. Thank you Android Central and Wyse Technology for making this possible. :)

I am a .NET developer as part of an R&D group that is constantly logging into several remote servers every day. I am new to Android (patiently sticking with BlackBerry until the XOOM and the Droid Bionic are released) but it sounds like this app would be a huge help for me, especially when working from home during non-office hours where I don't have multiple screens available to me.

On a personal level, this tablet would really help me get to the gym more often since I could put it on the bike/treadmill/elliptical and connect to my slingbox. =)

I have been able to connect to my home computer everyday. Since Im such a forgetful person PocketCloud allows me to get the information that I need without worrying about whether or not I have the must updated document or presentation.

ON A SIDE NOTE

If I win I would also petition T-mobile everyday to get 3G or 4G in Pensacola....just saying. I live there too and its the main reason I switched to Sprint...so I feel your pain Phil

I have no idea what pocket cloud is, but would still like to win. It would make my life so much easier because I would find out how to use Pocket Cloud and then if somebody asked me about Pocket Cloud I could give them an intelligent answer, unlike this one. :D

Pocketcloud would help me to do the things that I have to do when I get home. It would be wonderful to do what I had to do at that point and time without having to wait hours to get to my home PC. This would be a total WIN WIN for me.

PocketCloud has helped me out on several instances, one of which I was able to print out a report out from my laptop that I had forgotten some 40 miles away! Also, several of my friends and colleagues who use Android phones or tablets have told me that my recommendation of using PocketCloud has bore great results for them and they are very happy with it. I do not have an Android tablet yet, but I'm very certain that it would be very nice to have PocketCloud with the current best Android tablet out there!

PocketCloud would help me RDP into my work computer and servers to assist in maintenance or other tasks from home or any place that Verizon 3G or Wifi is available. It would save me a lot of time being able to do this from my "always-on" Honeycomb tablet, from virtually anywhere.

I always made the joke that since I have a truck, I'm the designated "Now you can help me move friend." Well now that pocket cloud is around I am the designated "Now you can fix my computer friend" which I suppose isn't all bad (for my friends). But finding this app did wonders for my professional life. I'm a web developer, I had spent quite a bit of time coming up with scenarios for my boss so I could cut back on the number of hours I am actually in the office. This is the one we decided on. I was actually able to cut back 2-days a week. That's 2 days I don't have to commute in southern California traffic! If you have driven in So-Cal you know how much of a game changer that is. And if I get the tablet as well? Well needless to say both my boss and I are android geeks, so it will be one more wonderful toy we get to play with while on the clock.

Thank you Android Central and Wyse, not only for hosting a great contest but for turning me on to pocket cloud! Just a few days ago I was searching for a way to access my files remotely and was unsuccessful, but I had miss pocket cloud somehow, this was so easy to set up, the other solutions would work with my software firewall, pocket cloud is perfect. This is going to make things so much easier, no more running into the other room to load files into dropbox, or kicking myself for forgetting to load certain files before I leave for work. I'm going to be using this all the time now! Thank you again, AC and Wyse!

I'm a college student who wants all the gadgets but can't afford them. Since I'm a college student there all always files on my computer that I forget to bring with me to class etc. But with pocketcloud I can forget those files but easily retrieve them when that happens.

PocketCloud does me a solid when I'm sitting in class and the professor says "Hand in your assignment" and I realized I either forgot to print it out or left it right on my desk before I left for school. Now I can easily pull it up and print it out, making late assignments a thing of the past! I love this!

I basically already live my life on the web with Chrome. However PocketCloud would help me take all of this to the next level. As it is pushing documents on the cloud is great but to utilize my entire computer from anyplace at anytime is perfection. Any files I may have neglected could be easily pushed. Anything left undone could be completed. It can make a seamless transition between home, work and school. The combonation of XOOM and PocketCloud will be better than Peanut Butter and Chocolate. I would love to be one of the first to herald in this age of beauty and fluidity.

Like many who have commented, I am a windows network administrator, and PocketCloud will enable me to remote in to my servers from anywhere. That will expedite my day and make me more efficient. That's a huge deal for me as I'm the only admin at my company and often have to be away from my desk. I use another product currently, and have found it lacking. I'm really looking forward to using a tablet to do this work.

I am a firefighter/EMT and attend college full time. Needless to say I am always on the go. PocketCloud will help me keep everything together either away from home for 24 hours at work or all day at class I can always get what I need, when I need it.

I recently discovered this app, but the short time I have used it has saved me alot of miles. I have family members that are learning computers and always calls me to help navigate. I don't have to make time to go anywhere just to help for simple things. I also have users that always have wierd things happening to their computer (spam, etc). I can check it out from my phone and "point them in the right direction".

I plan on having this on every computer user that I monitor. It's too efficient so far :)

Pocket Cloud has already helped me score a late night date. I was flirting with a friend who works at a bar about spending some time together when the bar closed. A certain movie came up and I pulled out my android phone and used Pocket Cloud to start downloading it so we could watch it that night. Earning extra geek points in the process, I even Tweeted about it. Thanks Pocket Cloud, Wyse and Android Central.

I'm a small biz owner, and this would be a life savor, also I like the fact that I don't have to be a computer Wiz in order to work pocketcloud, thanks for thinking of us simple fellas :)

Pocket cloud was a temporary fix for my current living arrangement. I'll explain it like this: college. I can't do a lot of things for college on phones. Documents, and power point editing are what I have used it for. Sadly, I can't right now. So What i Will be doing in the future, is possibly more college related uses, and will probably run more windows only school programs and get those assignments done on time. Personally, I think PocketCloud has, and will make, my school career better.

I would use PocketCloud to help my friends and family fix any issues with there computer with VNC support even when I would be on the road. The Motorola Xoom would help me do this better with the larger screen and faster processor.

Pocketcloud will help me to remotely access my desktop, files, and apps from my Xoom, so when I'm on the go, I can do what I do every night--Try to take over the world!

Occasionally, when I am in class, I need to get some information off of my PC. With PocketCloud, I can do just that.

Looking for a way to access remote computer for floor plans and building information for firefighting. And to provide access to secure information and greater safety for firefighters. To provide instant access and update to pre-fire plans from the field. This would mean information would be up to date and provide more accurate information to firefighters. We could also access remote Inspection records to update building changes and fire inspection records and reduce paperwork and time by eliminating double entries.

with pocketcloud i can finally leave my laptop at home and access it for my job as i have over 1000 docoments on different cars that i need to put in alarms in and radios and gps's and i can also help out my wife from the job and not have to be on the phone trying to guess what she is stuck on and blindly help her while getting in trouble at work cause i am on the phone and not doing my job i could also access my videos music and movies without downloading anything into the tab and taking up space >=D

I will will use pocket cloud to store my wiki-leaks and other government secrets. They can destroy my phone, water-board me or even tie my shoe laces together in seemingly impossible knots but my secrets will always be safe in the cloud...like a double rainbow

PocketCloud allows me to interact with my PC at home while I'm on the other side of the country at school. I'm able to help my parents burn disks, change music for their iPods, and use my computer at home's bandwidth to bypass the school's restrictions. By far the best "cloud" program I've used. Thank you!

Well I'm a fan of tablets, and since I work in IT and am also the first line of support for family computer problems I can see PocketCloud being a huge support tool for me.

It will keep me connected with my pc at home. I'm not a fan of carrying a laptop around. good for school.

As a former Marine, I have a great appreciation for having great productivity while remaining completely mobile. PocketCloud woul allow this and having it run on a platform like the Xoom would be out standing. While I no longer spend my time defending America this would be a great help as I am now a student studying Nursing with a 30 minute commute. Having access to my desktop on the go would be especially helpful for reviewing lab reports and other notes between classes

I use PocketCloud sometimes to access my virtual environment, debugging and compiling code for a couple graphics projects. Can be convenient without having to carry a laptop. Would be even more appealing with a dual core tablet. Would really love to win.

I am a developer and I am always logging into my servers and my home pc's from my office and vice versa. I use PocketCloud to move files around a load them onto my servers for easy retrieval. There many times where I have debug applications while and I have to login to a server to do it.

Remote communication and connections are must when you are running multiple servers and PC's across several different platforms. I would be lost without accessing my home network or my office network with an app like this. It is awesome!

PocketCloud will help me to stay on top of my schoolwork, take notes in class, and pull my grades up to get a good college scholarship (hoping for Carnegie-Mellon). With PocketCloud, I can take notes on my computer without having to lug it around all day and then look them over when I get home. Thank you Wyse and Android Central for making this contest possible!

Being a student in a CS Major, and just starting a large scale group project, PocketCloud can help me access any of the stuff I have written up on my computer while not actually having my computer with me all of the time. I think it will greatly benefit me by allowing me to work on the project while being away from my main computer, but also allowing for quick editing when new ideas come up and have to implemented.

As a student in the IT industry, it would be a GREAT help to be able to access my files and some software from anywhere I go. Many school projects involve my home PC as well as my school one, getting files back and forth is a pain and time consuming when you are on the go.

This would allow me to do some work from home. And check on my kids from work.

Pocketcloud and the MOTO Xoom will completely revolutionize my personal, work, and college life! Seamlessly accessing my desktop will stun my professors at school when I forgot my assignment. While getting a lecture about how no late work will be accepted I will be accessing my desktop using pocketclouds innovation and before they are done I will have found and printed the assignment. Pocketcloud will once again save me while I'm at the bar and my friends want to see that picture from my Vegas vacation that is saved on my desktop. Seamless. The big box blue store I work at will also see increased sales when I demo pocketcloud to my customers and show them why they need this app. Pocketcloud+ work+ increased sales= promotion. Cha ching! Thank you Pocketcloud app ahead of time!

PocketCloud will help me to provide immediate service to my clients by allowing me to access systems from anywhere.

As a student and also a commuter who uses public transit, PocketCloud will always allow me take documents on the go and edit them if need be without worrying about external and usb thumb drives. I'll be able to use PocketCloud to show off designs I've recently created to all my peers all without sitting down at a computer.

The use of PocketCloud on the Motorola Xoom will not only benefit me in being able to move those Pesky Rom Locations around so they are accessible on my Incredible, but allow me to trouble shoot with my family where something is on the desktop, how to browse for specific things, and also helping my little brother complete his elementary school assignments with the help of the internet while I'm not at home (my parents are technologically inept). Overall it will increase not only my overall happiness of having the newest tablet in the world, but increase the happiness of my family as my little brother does better in school, and my parents have a reduced work load for there scatter brained minds.

I'm a college student that gets tuition funding from my job pocketcloud has literally saved my college life seeing as how I forgot my project that was a third worth of my grade for class and accessed my files through my professors PC which let me virtually hand it in saving my GPA and protecting tuition reimbursement. :)p.s. I'd really like to win because I purchased a galaxy tab fresh from assembly and it was stolen 3 days later:(

PocketCloud simply makes me more efficient. I can access my files and documents from wherever I am, without having to worry about moving files or syncing my content from my PC to my Dell Streak. It's also a great experience on a 5" screen.

Pocketcloud gives me a solid app to use for linking me to my PC "Win 7" files when i'm away, and making it such a delight to use. It's easy to use, and most of all has all the important functions I need to productively get or use my files at my home.

Whats great about PocketCloud?
Easy to install and configure compared to other cloud apps
Simple Interface
Enable a virtual mouse which can be selected from the bottom menu
Right click button for Windows

Solid application that shows in the functionality. I will continue to recommend this app for anyone looking for a great RDP app.

Thanks Wyse

PocketCloud helps me to connect my relatives' PCs remotely and troubleshoot their issues using 4.3 inch EVO!!!

PocketCloud has allowed me to expand my mobile reach when I am out on the road. I travel, almost daily, around the state and it's inevitable that in my quick rush in and out of the office that I forget something. With PocketCloud that's never problem, fire it up, find what I'm looking for a transfer it.

It's also great for sending emails from my work computer to make it look like I'm at the office...you know for those long lunch meetings and later Friday afternoon meetings across town! =)

Using Pocket Cloud will be the final piece for me, seamlessly allowing me to control my PC from both my Android Xoom (which I hope to win!) and my Apple platform products (ipad, iphone) What other solution is more straight forward, convenient or absolute? Nothing!

Pocketclooud helps me remotely access my desktop, pc, apps, and files. it helps me to access my pc when i am on the go

PocketCloud will enable me to easily provide computer tech support to my entire family without ever being in the same room (good thing, since everyone is spread across the country)!

PocketCloud will allow me to use my scheduling software from my office PC without having to install a client on my NEW XOOM tablet!

Pocketcloud helps me remotely access my desktop, pc, apps, and files. it helps me to access my pc when i am on the go!! Pocketcloud A+++++++

PocketCloud will help maximize the power of the Xoom. It will help me manage my information on my home pc's from anywhere. I can even help out the wife during my travels with ease.

I have tried multiple remote access apps and they have been buggy at best and down-right unusable at worst. After looking into this app more, I think this may be the answer I have been looking for. I use my phone to keep the kids entertained when I'm on the move and if I had the Xoom, they could use it and I could keep my Evo!

Ever since I became interested in Android I have been fascinated with remote desktop access on these phones. It is something that I believe could make life a lot easier in both work and play, and from the looks of it PocketCloud seems like it would be able to do both better for me than other similar applications on the Android market. I want to be able to access my computer from an Android tablet and edit documents, access and edit media (photos, music, etc), and easily manage the transfer of files back and forth from the two devices using an easy to manage application. PocketCloud + the Motorola Xoom tablet would be an absolute dream for me to use together.

Have used this for a little while on my Evo and i gotta say.. even without a contest for the coolest tablet (so far) to be announced at stake... PocketCloud is REALLY amazing. I have used a few other solutions and for the Price, (especially the free version), you cannot go wrong at all!!! I have recommended this to at LEAST a dozen of my friends and family.

Being in Sales and out-and-about all the time, i find there is ALWAYS something that you need back on your desktop. even with all the file syncing tools that are available and what not, i find myself using this app at LEAST 3-4 times a week to access something on my office computer. Most the time, its access to proprietary software that doesn't run on Mobile devices. With pocketCloud... BAM... DONE!!

THANK YOU POCKET CLOUD for:
A: providing an awesome app and supporting the android community
B: Making your paid version a VERY reasonable price (unlike some of your competition)
C: Just kickin a$$

YOU ROCK!

PocketCloud helps me because it makes me more productive and secure. I can now do work on my computer from wherever I am, and if I happen to forget something that is on my computer I know that I can access it no matter what. Thank you so much Wyse and PocketCloud, you sure are a lifesaver!

Same student sob story here lol. No more worrying about forgetting assignments at home. And I can have the little lady send me the budget or a grocery list when I feel like playing nice.

I will tell you how PocketCloud will help me and the rest of the world do what we do better.

First and foremost a movie comes into mind when I see the capabilities of Wyse Technology's PocketCloud... Minority Report. I believe we as a technologically aware society benefit from creative thinking and eventually turn fiction into reality. This new ability to access information and data from any capable device, anywhere will change our concept of work/play time and space. I imagine soon if not already that all my information from birth certificate to school reports to pictures and music being accessed on demand. I foresee a positive environmental impact, using our battery powered devices to transfer information without the use of paper, or having to travel using fossil fuels, and taking advantage of renewable resources like solar power to sustain our devices. Thinking about the plot of the movie " Minority Report" I believe we would be more socially responsible taking advantage of organizing our lives and utilizing our access to any new important news, traffic, weather, dates, people profiles. I would take full advantage of my extensive music catalog and stream music wherever I go, if i went to a social gathering and they needed music I would be the volunteer DJ. Come to think about it I could be anything I needed to become, One quick look at some recipes I'm a chef, some sick I can find the remedy right then and there. I went on a trip and hadn't had time to post the pics... we'll i can stream the gallery on my friends Big screen. There are endless possibilities. Just with how the idea of this wonderful technology came to be will transcend to what applications our minds will set in motion.

The Motorola XOOM and PocketCloud would be an amazing combination for me as a tech student. Currently I am studying for a degree in Computer Networking Tech. and PocketCloud has saved me more than once getting a file I need from home. The XOOM tablet would an amazing asset in the classroom as a teaching tool for remote access, as well as extra curricular things in the rooting world. Thanks to Android Central and WYSE for another awesome contest!

I use PocketCloud sometimes to access my virtual environment at home, debugging and compiling code for a couple graphics projects. Can be convenient without having to carry a laptop. Would be even more appealing with the screen of a dual core tablet. Would really love to win.

I would use it to view my home through my security system and Keep my eye on my teenage boys when they're home from school which seems to be every week here in MD. HELP.

I will use Pocketcloud to access all of my mp3s and other files from my pc at home while I'm out and about. Here's to hoping I win!

Using Pocket Cloud will help me in my business immensely. I wouldn't have to lug around my laptop everywhere. I could access all of my files from the Xoom using the Pocket Cloud software.

As an Outside Sales Rep, PocketCloud would be a huge benefit. I would have access to my documents as I need them. There are many times when it would've saved me so much time and hassel. Thanks!

Pocket cloud is another way to show the power of my android phone. An app that can access my pc remotely makes my pc an extra slingbox, dvr, pogoplug, external hdd, and another thing I can show off for wow factor to my customers. I think my favorite us though is being able to access all of my documents without having them uploaded to the cloud. It's local cloud storage. Needless to say, it has and will help in many ways.

I work for an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) company. Our software is server based and was designed for tablets. We are always looking for the best tablet to recommend to customers. Since our software is server based, we typically use an RDP client to run our application when on a non-Window based tablet (e.g. iPad). As you can see, the Xoom plus Wyse is the perfect combination for what I need, and if it works well I can guarantee that many more will be sold through my company.

As a photographer, when holding consultations or attending events in which people ask to view my work, it'll allow me the ability to access pictures, contracts, and other files located on my home computer. As well as create invoices, contact request, and send files to a home printer for use when I return home.

As an Outside Sales Rep, PocketCloud would be a huge benefit. I would have access to my documents as I need them. There are many times when it would've saved me so much time and hassel. Thanks!

PocketCloud will help me have access to my home computer when I am at school for the day. The interface and optimizations for handheld devices will give me easy access to my desktop applications which would be important if I forget to email an assignment to one of my professors. The experience and use of the application would also be greatly improved on the large 10 inch 1280x800 resolution screen of the Motorola Xoom. Not only would the screen of this device be amazing to use with this application, but the nVidia Tegra2 dual core processing power under the hood would compliment the intended purpose of the PocketCloud application greatly.

PocketCloud is the perfect tool for me in personal as well as professional life. I am a web developer and as such I have to access so many servers and troubleshoot all the time.

This means it cuts into personal time as I have some decent sized clients and so when I am on the go doing family things if I get a call or email I can grab the Xoom and fix the problem and not have to leave my family and go home to fix it.

This would streamline business as well as make me more productive to be able to spend my time elsewhere with family and friends.

Speaking of family and friends I am sure a bunch of people here understand being the techy person in the family. I get calls for so many computer issues. I can't think of a better way to be able to grab the Xoom fire up PocketCloud and start helping them out.

Then because the wife and I do not get out much with a little 18 month old girl we could go for a drive to put our baby to sleep and then download any movie from home and watch it under the stars like our own personal drive in movie.

What better way to spend a life being able to do business/help familly and friends/play and have fun with 1 tablet with 1 amazing application. I can't think of anything better personally.

As an Outside Sales Rep, PocketCloud would be a huge benefit. I would have access to my documents as I need them. There are many times when it would've saved me so much time and hassel. Thanks!

I told my girlfriend (now fiancé) to look up something on my computer for me. When she looked at the screen she saw my proposal (put there using Pocketcloud).

Pocketcloud allows me to check up on the 3 restaurants that i own simultaneously without being at all 3 of them! It has been a total life saver!

I am about to deploy to afghanistan. I set up my own internet there through donations with people that are supporting my element. With this I am able to setup wifi/use a verizon overseas plan like I have in the past. It would be nice to have my wife upload pictures from my 3 year old daughter and they update on my tablet when I wake up (since there is a 9 hour time different).

Seems like it would make it nice to stay in touch and make sure I don't lose a connection with my daughter (and my wife) as much as possible. Just one more way to not break up a family.

The Pocket Cloud is awesome! It will help me with Auto discovery and Hassle-free access to every environment with minimal setup, and absolute no technical know-how needed. Also, it will help with custom keyboards, functions and shortcut keys. Not only that too, but with international keyboard support and support for accented and nonaccented characters. I'll love completely the multitasking support, and the mouse touch pointer, and the remote app scrolling. This awesome app will help with VNC Support and it connect to Macs, and home editions of Windows [what ever that has to do with Macs?]. Also the the secure tunneling for VNC and advanced multi-touch gestures with pinch to zoom support will help me be a more complete person and better father to my 8 sickly children. Thank you very much.

Because I live a very fast-paced life, and because I am a writer and a developer, Pocket Cloud is incredibly useful for me. I can access and edit articles and pieces of code all the time. PocketCloud is literally a life saver.

PocketCloud would be awesome for me when I'm showing a beta version of a program and the data doesn't act as I expect it should. I wouldn't have to leave the meeting anymore to go see. I could also respond to adhoc queries instead of saying "Lemme get backt o you on that after the meeting."

Pocketcloud will allow me to manage those critical servers without needing to be near my computer or the server room, with time like that i will have more free time to play Angry Birds and Mini Squadron

I will use Pocket Cloud to carry around all the books I have on my PC for my newborn. I will also be able to carry around all the children movies and cartoons on my PC to keep the little one entertained at all times. Most importantly I will be able to share all my photos of my new baby where ever I go. Good Luck everyone!

It would be great for when I forget to take articles and handouts to a conference. Plus it would make me super cool.

I'm a mentor for FIRST Robotics teams focusing primarily on the programming portion of the robotics program. During this time of year I find the demand on my time going through the roof with teams requesting assistance with the programming. Being able to see the student's desktop, IDE, and control program would help me reach out to more teams in less time to help the next generation of software developers and aspiring engineers.

I am an IT professional at a large hospital in my area. I am on-call for my job...a lot. So I constantly have to carry my laptop places with me. I have tried RDP apps on my Droid Incredible but I have giant hands and have a very hard time using it on such a small screen. My intention with the Xoom and Pocket Cloud is to be able to carry the Xoom with me and be able to access my work PC. Sometimes its a critical issue and I hate waiting on my laptop to boot even when I am just coming out of stand by it is extremely slow. This will allow me to help my customers faster even when I am on the go.

I would use PocketCloud to RDP in to our servers while I'm at work. Then I wouldn't have to carry my laptop around with me all day. While not at work, I would be able to RDP in to my home computer, and then in to my work servers to provide after-hours support. The Xoom would also replace my long-outdated pager. The combination of the Xoom and PocketCloud would greatly help me out at work, at home, and out on the road. And for someone like me without a cell phone, that would be life-changing!

Being a college student, i would make great use out of the xoom and pocket cloud. I could edit and print papers where ever I please. I would make the xoom my college portfolio. I would use pocketcloud to listen to music on the go aswell. Please select me so I can take better notes in political science! I already check this site on an hourly basis. I would love to do so on a 10 inch screen!

I would use it to get something off my computer every once in a while, but mostly, I'm sure, I would be using it to show the less technology informed what is out there and what they could do with technology such as this.

I bought PocketCloud when it first came out. I tested it as a beta app first. I have no regrets with this app purchase. Remote Desktop for my phone is the best! Using RDP to connect to my Windows machine meant I could have access to what I might need when I am away from home. I've used it to stream iTunes to my phone and get me out of trouble when I had to get some files that were only on my machine at home.

The usefulness here can be endless, but one best feature that can explain true laziness. (I'm sure you get those feelings too if you are reading this...) You just want to lay down and do what you can do on your laptop. On my phone, I turn on Wi-Fi and RDP to my computer right in the other room. You can easily lay in bed and have access to your entire laptop. Friends are just so amazed with how much I can do with my phone.

Truthfully, having this HTC EVO 4G, is the reason why I have not gotten a new laptop yet. Now, with the XOOM, I know I can do so much more easier. I can RDP on my phone, but having the larger screen means I won't have to keep scrolling to see my screen. Now, the possibilities are endless. Tablets are the way to go!

Hope that you select me Android Central! =)

It'll make a better person... We'll that may not be the case. It WILL make me a better at doing what I do, which is helping schools use data to better serve children with disabilities. What I could do is use this device and PocketCloud to better store and pull up data, charts, and graphs when I'm meeting with teachers and school personel about the various outcomes relative to social, behavioral, and academic learning needs of our students.

Having Pocket Cloud means having everything I need at my disposal even if I don't have it with me. Sound like a win-win scenario to me.

Having Pocket Cloud means having everything I need at my disposal even if I don't have it with me. Sound like a win-win scenario to me.

Pocket Cloud lets me bring ALL my pictures, music, and documents anywhere I go so that I am never without them.

I travel quite a bit and PocketCloud has enabled me to retrieve files on my pc while I'm out and about without the need to lug around a laptop. With just my trusty Droid X I'm able to view and edit files just as if I was back at the office on my pc.

With i's intuitive user interface, PocketCloud will help me connect to my Windows 7 machine at home. Accessing the multiple work essential files (spreadsheets) in a productive manner. No more lugging my 8lb PC around.

As a graduate IT student, I need the processing power of a desktop computer everywhere I go, especially in class. With Wyse's PocketCloud app, I will be able to use a Motorola Xoom tablet as a thin client solution. That way, I will be able to remotely access the power and performance of my desktop computer to carry out development tasks in class without resorting to an expensive and very heavy laptop.

pocket cloud is going to allow my wife and i to grow our small business as herbalife distributors and to help people to lose weight and become healthier. Also I am helping to convert Blackberry users to the wonderful world of Android and the awesomeness of the pocket cloud...

Needless to say, it has and will help in many ways.

pocketcloud has allowed me to queue up my downloads for the night while still at work and also allows me to keep my itunes libraries in sync with one another

Having access to my desktop on the go would be especially helpful for reviewing lab reports and other notes between classes.

pocket cloud is going to allow my wife and i to grow our small business as herbalife distributors and to help people to lose weight and become healthier. Also I am helping to convert Blackberry users to the wonderful world of Android and the awesomeness of the pocket cloud...

Pocketcloud has made my life easier when I needed to get access to my home PC on the road via RDP. It will be even easier on a nice big screen :)

Put simply, PocketCloud has made my life much more connected, making it simpler. Thanks for making this contest for the chance to win the Xoom!

PocketCloud lets me use the programs that aren't available for Android on-the-go! As a Photographer, I'm able to do simple adjustments to photos from Adobe Lightroom without needing to be sitting at my desk! It also lets me show any part of my portfolio not on my device to prospective clients!

PocketCloud seems like the perfect application to help me manage multiple virtual machines running on my desktop, which are critical for testing and demos, while I am away from the office. It would also help me be more productive with the time I have, and allow me to have a truly functional remote desktop application.

Wyse's PocketCloud App combined with the power and connectivity of the Motorola Xoom will allow me to remotely provide support to my parent's computers, manage the computers at work, and even connect to my home computers while moving between the different campuses.

Okay, I am going to be honest here...

I have not been exposed to PocketCloud so. it hasn't helped me as of yet. How ill it help me? I haven't a clue (which is the perfect reason for me to win this). An honest, new user opinion is what you WILL get from me.

Bob

I would use it to RDP into our corporate network while on the road. It would be awesome to be able to get to everything on a larger screen than my 4" Captivate.

As a college student I am working on several papers at any given time. It is hard to ensure I have the most recent version with me at any given time that I may need it.

Pocketcloud would make it easy to have my data with me where ever I go.

*sorry if this ia a repost. I keep getting errors when posting.

The real question is how won't PocketCloud make my life better? For practical things: I will be able to help my fiancee with her laptop that she manages to bog down every week, I will be able to check the status of some of my running tasks on my home PC, and I will be able to easily remote desktop to my work PC so that I can continue to support customers.

I would use pocket cloud to access my documents, pictures and other related files when I am not in my office. I work two jobs and between two offices so this product and the tablet would help me be more efficient with my time and energy.

As others have said, I am also a college student, but I go to school in Cincinnati, and the area around campus here isn't know to be the best for crime. With Pocket Cloud, I don't have to worry about getting robbed and possibly losing my computer, because I can leave it at home now, and still have access to all my files and different programs that I often need throughout the day. Thanks Pocket Cloud for making my walks to and from class a little less worrisome!

I'm a college student with an hour commute. PocketCloud could help me access important documents on my home network and save me a lot of time and money.

With Pocketcloud I will be able to help my wife with computer issues when I am at work, access all my files if I need something from home while on the go... like the ROM I downloaded last night and forgot to copy to my phone. In short PocketCloud will help me do all the things I do better and faster! :)

Wow this could help me learn more about the amazing technological world that we live.

I didn't even know that pocketcloud existed until this article. What a neat app. As a business professional that is out of the "office" more often that not, this would be an awesome utility that would allow me to have access to my work computer wherever I am. my phone may be too small for my liking but having it on a tablet would be a game changer and I would definately use it.

As a developer of new ideas, the combination of a tablet and pocketcloud would give me the power to demonstrate my ideas anywhere in the world. The ability to pull up high quality 3d drawing would give me a huge advantage.

As a freelance writer and full-time student, I use Pocket Cloud to have mobile access to all my files on my PC while I am out an about. The ability to access saved papers, to save photos to my storage drive, and even to gather up research material on the go. I can't imagine my life without Pocket Cloud.

Pocket Cloud offers a very simple solution to a problem that we have been dealing with for a long time. Sure, there have been ways to connect your mobile device to your PC, but not without some programming knowledge and a lot of patience. Pocket Cloud simplifies it, making just as easy as setting up a new bluetooth connection. Then you have full functionality of your computer, which might seem overwhelming, but you can't put a price on having access to all your files in your pocket. Sure there are drop boxes and other cloud based apps available, but what if you forget to move the file you need into the correct folder for the other app to access it. With Pocket Cloud you won't have that problem because you have your entire computer at your fingertips. Pictures, documents, music, web shortcuts, and anything else you keep on your PC. Pocket Cloud is a game changer and hopefully it will raise the level of other developers!!!! I Love it!!

Pocket Cloud will help me take care of the membership of a couple social clubs, without having to go anywhere, and burn expensive gas. Yeah!

PocketCloud has helped me get my hands on files I need but aren't exactly right in front of me. With the assistance of Dropbox, PocketCloud allows me to drop files I need into my Dropbox folder so I can access them from anywhere I am without having to call someone to go and move those files for me. I've also used it to help assist friends who were having problems
The FREE version is amazing enough, the paid (which is quite affordable compared to other working alternatives) bumps it up a notch.

Pocket cloud will enable me to have "features" on my device that my device doesn't have by letting me control my PC. So it will help me work better on my mobile.

Wow this could help me learn more about the amazing technological world that we live.

Pocketcloud has helped me remotely manage the servers I take care of at work. I've been out and about and can't count the number of times I've had to do something on one. To be able to do this while out is a god send. I couldn't live without it.

Pocketcloud helps me manage my laptops and my home server, so i can ditch the extra clutter and control everything on the go!

For me it'll be a "just in case" tool, just in case my computer gets stolen, i can vnc right into my computer from my phone, or (hopefully) my xoom and catch the baddies.

Also just to show off to people "HOW DO YOU HAVE OS X ON YOUR PHONE!?" :3

PocketCloud has been amazing with my on the go life. It's a great way to connect to my home computer any time that I need to. Having PocketCloud on a Xoom would definitely be an even better experience.

PocketCloud could help me with remote server management and support while away from the office.

PocketCloud will help me access files on my home computer while I at work, which will help me out when I need to work at home but not make me have to lug around a hard drive or USB drive.

What a wonderful help this would be. I spend much time at my mother's nursing home and this would allow me to get more work done while there. She would also be able to enjoy using different programs with me.

I teach a computers class at a local university, most of which involves performing computer actions on an instructor's station, which are shown on a projector for students to see and imitate. Unfortunately, this keeps me chained to the instructor's station, unable to roam around the class to help the students.

PocketCloud would help me drive the actions on the projector screen from anywhere in the lab, using the university's wifi-network. I can go to the students' stations, and show them how to perform the skills on the projector screen using my Android phone (or tablet!), instead of having to run back to the instructor's station each time.

This would make me much more productive as an instructor, and save me a lot of running back and forth!

Cloud would revolutionize my professional and personal life in numerous ways. True access to everything at anytime. Yes Dude!

I couldn't tell you how much pocket cloud has saved my life. Everytime I need a document I just click and there's my document. I can also do more stuff. Like computer only stuff. Its a life saver. I couldn't thank those devs enough for making that app!

I am a current iPad owner and user. I would like to have a xoom and then compare it to the iPad as to app for app, speed, features, etc.

Need complete access to a cloud and my PCs from the palm of my hand on my network. With Wyse PocketCloud it makes these things possible! PocketCloud allows me to securely access my desktop anytime and anywhere on EVO 4g. With XOOM tablet and and Wyse PocketCloud it would make it even better.

I think I could finally rip the head off my desktop and let it be a server with the Pocket Cloud app. As it stands, I rarely use the attached keyboard, mouse, and monitor but I do need to check up on it from time to time.

PocketCloud will help me stay connected to my desktop files for business and pleasure, all while utilizing the coolest device available. The Motorola Xoom.

PocketCloud will help me liberate myself from the desktop experience. Cord-cutting and mobility FTW!

pocketcloud is aptly named. the mouse pointer implementation is refreshingly usable on a touch screen interface and streamlines my computing away from home. a tablet-size screen would be so unimaginably awesome that my mind is in danger of implosion

I have been using PocketCloud free version for a while to VNC into my work computer. RDP is not a option for me since I need to be able to share the computer with others that might be using it. I often use it to show a user how an application is used. I have asked PocketCloud if they can ADD an option to change the color level of the VNC connection to 8 bit or 16 bit for a faster refresh of the screen. As it is now the (I think its auto set to 32bit) its way to high on a 3G connection and the refresh on the screen is way to slow on my android phone. If this feature is added to the paid version of the application. I and many of my other co-workers will buy the application in a heartbeat.

With pocket cloud I could remotely access my computer, and that would save me lots of time. I think it's a great application that I would put to use. Thank you for reading my post.

I would use PocketCloud app on the Moto Xoom to manage files on my desktop from any location. I was wondering could PocketCloud tranfer the audio from your PC to the tablet? If not could you add this feature in the future. I would love to interact with software such as Reason 4 and Cubase with my tablet. I could also do audio edits of my recordings in Cubase while I'm chilling on the lake, thanks to Motorola Xoom and PocketCloud.

I have a 3.5tb server at home that i use pocketcloud to access with my android phone. On my server i have all of my music and movies so that way i have my full media collection with me anywhere. It makes traveling so much better.

I use PocketCloud to access construction documents and project schedules while off-site. This was the reason why I purchased the app. My work laptop died and my company only issues each employee 1 asset or computer due to new policy. My current computer is a regular desktop, but I am out in the field much of the time, so using the PC in my office is not always available. Furthermore, I do not have remote access set-up, because of the desktop PC and not a laptop, which would have remote access. In any case, in order for me to access the CD's remotely, I thought about using a third party solution and when I did the research, PocketCloud seemed like the best option. It has worked really well and the navigation tool makes it really easy to control my desktop from my mobile phone. I can tell you that it has really saved me a couple of times on scheduling and verifying measurements and change orders etc. Regardless of the contest, it is great to give some feedback on one of the best apps I have used and in my top-five paid apps for sure. Thanks Wyse and PocketCloud team. Keep up the great work!

What a day! Now with Google Cloud Print and Pocket Cloud I can really take my work with me wherever I go. That means less time in the office and more time out making money! Now I know why our ancestors always looked to the clouds!

Being self employed and away from my home computer much of the day, Pocketcloud would allow me to access customer invoices and files anytime. Great timesaving option for my busy schedule.

I'm a college professor, currently teaching entirely online while my husband earns *his* PhD (because God forbid we just both have gainful employment at the same time). PocketCloud on a tablet would enable me to access my students' submitted work, their records, and my own files from just about anywhere.

I can already hold my office hours wherever I like; the ability to do *all* my work from wherever I like would make my job far more awesome (and think of all the students who'd benefit from my sunnier disposition).

:)

Pocketcloud probably wouldn't help me much since I don't really have a need to be connected to my home computer at this time. Now if I can get my design career going then it could benefit me but other than thought, no clouds in my pocket but a XOOM would be AWESOME to have. Hopefully I win one.

PocketCloud and a Xoom tablet would make my life as a student much easier. I could get away with just carrying the tablet to class, and utilize PocketCloud to get to all the resources I couldn't have direct access to online. I would love it!

I'm on the road a lot and I help run a web hosting/design company with a friend of mine. Being able to grab files off of my computer or even use my computer to put them on the server or send them off to my partner is a huge help. Not to mention having this installed on some of my family's computers to allow me to be free tech support for them from across the country. Being able to use PocketCloud on the XOOM would be completely amazing... using it on my phone is good... but on a screen that big would be absolutely awesome. And even more useful.

I am an computer systems technology student and pocket cloud will just add to my arsenal.

I am a WebOS user and would desperatly love to love Android. The Xoom would do it and the ability to use it to connect and control my home computer would make my life and work and school so much sweeter.

PocketCloud lets me manage my home PC while I'm at school and help troubleshoot PC issues for my family since I am away from home for school

I would use it to increase my access to my home pc while I am on the road. Always have access to my files and personal data without dragging my pc everywhere!

Holy cow! PocketCloud is the answer to my prayers! My parents are so tech illiterate so I am pretty much their IT guy. But the problem is I'm always traveling and never near my computer. I would L O V E to finally be able to just get in their computers from where ever I am and just fix their problem of the hour.

Wow, I don't have PocketCloud yet but this post makes me want to try it. With multiple laptops that I use for varying business and personal situations, I often find myself wishing I had my other computer for one thing or other while on the go. I'll have to try this out! (Would be even better if I could try it with a swanky new tablet :D)

Being able to support my clients, wherever I am, and using something as easily portable as a tablet would be invaluable.

Pocketcloud allows me to remotely run my business, and allows me to access all my documents when at work. This is of course is a life saver! The intuitive pointer/mouse works like a charm! A Xoom would be great too...

Pocket Cloud remote access to my network drives at home and work will allow me to remain active in scouting and other activities, without lugging around a full bred laptop, flash drives and hard drives. Going through the airport with a laptop bag full of accessories is getting pretty old.

I would love a Fully Featured Tablet with "close to laptop" features to allow me to work remotely and access my work and home computer files from the cloud.

PocketCloud lets me keep track of my work PC even when I'm spending quality time at home with my beautiful new daughter!

Also, I really want a Xoom, which will make PocketCloud even better.

I do almost all of my communication for work through my phone, but most of the content creation is done from my home PC. Pocketcloud will make it extremely easy to access files that are housed at home, on my phone remotely.

Not only does this save space in that I won't have to lug around physical files or a usb drive, but I won't have to use my phone memory and storage to house a ton of files. I don't always jkow what I will need access to, and keeping ALL my work files on my phone is unrealistic, so Pocketcloud will be indispensable in letting me access what I need, when I need it.

Until VMware someday creates an Android app, PocketCloud lets me manage my entire datacenter from anywhere without having to lug around a laptop.

As a college student it's nice to be able to RDP to my desktop to get a file and put it in Dropbox in case I forgot it. One time in class, I forgot a homework assignment that was due, so I used PocketCloud and Dropbox to get it on the computer in the lab and didn't get a zero! Thanks so much Wyse! I can't imagine all the useful things to do with PocketCloud and a Xoom.

PocketCloud gives me the ability to make full use of my computer while I'm away so I can work with my files from home while I'm taking a break from work. I can also access documents from home if i forget to load them on my flash drive before I head to class or work.

I already use it with my Droid X when I need something done at home while at one of my (neverending) IT courses. To have this with the Xoom tablet? Godsend.

i use pocketcloud to help my grandparents with computer troubleshooting from anywhere i may be at.
with a xoom tablet it would be alot easier with the bigger screen.

I can keep all my med school online books on it! This would be a life saver, literally.

I will RDP into a Windows VM to launch vsphere and manage my hundreds of RHEL VMs at the office.

VMs used to develop backend software for most of the world's largest mobile network operators.

PocketCloud is a hell of a thing, it's very easy to use, it's just a wonderful ,intuitive, application.
I am sure i am going to use it alot ,and it"s going to make my life easier.
At the same time going to make Google very proud of they engineers!
Good job Mr Google!

I work for an online retailer. A couple times a year, most of the supervisors are out of the office for a couple of shows. Just about all of them are running Android handsets and a couple are planning on tablets. A lot of things get put off for a week or so, until they return. Pocket Cloud would be great for helping keep them connected to the office. I just need a nice tablet, like the Xoom, to champion the application for them.

I use pocket cloud on iPad and my droid x for work and personal use. I can't wait to try it on a real tablet!
