There's been no word on US availability, but the HTC Desire & HTC Legend have gotten priced and dated across the pond. eXpansys, a UK retailer, has posted a  £399.99 price for the HTC Legend and a £449.99 price point for the HTC Desire. That roughly translates to $625 and $700 respectively. That ain't cheap...

The Samsung Galaxy is reportedly slated for release in the UK this week, kind of. Reports have shown that O2's retail staff have found the Samsung Galaxy, Samsung's first Android phone, in their inventory system and that shipments will arrive this week. Maybe the T-Mobile G2 Touch aka HTC Hero wasn't delayed after all. After rumors of a delayed August release date, it looks like T-Mobile UK will be able to push out the T-Mobile G2 Touch by the end of July.

This is odd. According to T-Mobile UK's twitter account, the Second Android Device on T-Mobile UK will be called the G1 Touch. We thought all along that the Second Android Device (the HTC Magic) was called the MyTouch 3G? Are they going to call it two different names in the US and the UK? Hey, a carrier is actually being kind to their customers and offering a sweet deal. Vodafone UK just announced that they'll be abolishing roaming charges for their customers this summer.
