Sprint announced that it will be launching the LG G3 Vigor on its network starting on Friday, September 19. The mid-range smartphone will be available through Sprint sales channels, including online and at Sprint retail stores where customers can pay $299.99 for the phone without a contract or make 24 payments of $12.50 per month on Sprint's Easy Pay with $0 down.
Gone is the pixel-topping QHD resolution on the G3 in favor of a more affordable 5-inch 720p HD display on the Vigor. Other features include a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera with soft light to brighten up selfies, and an 8-megapixel rear camera. LG is even throwing in the new laser auto-focus from the G3 onto the Vigor. The Vigor will have the knock code functionality from the G3 as well.
The LG G3 Vigor is available in Burgundy Red and Metallic Black and will be WiFi calling enabled.
