Update, September 20, 10pm ET: Reports about Verizon outages are slowing down, but some users still appear to be affected, according to Down Detector. According to Verizon's Twitter reps, the outage was affected by a "fiber cut for customers in Arkansas."

The largest area of complaints are stemming out of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas, but people are also reporting outages in Minnesota, Illinois, and Washington.
