Huawei has recently announced the SnapTo and we got to play with it for a few minutes at a media event in New York. The Huawei SnapTo is an unlocked LTE Android device with some decent specs for under $200. It supports LTE for T-Mobile, AT&T, along with smaller wireless service providers.

Huawei SnapTo

One key feature lets users simply press the lower volume button twice to capture a spontaneous moment or unexpected photo opportunity. This action immediately activates the camera and allows users to take and review a photo, all without unlocking the screen or opening the camera application.
