It looks like Motorola's Droid Turbo is headed to India, if a recent tweet by e-retailer Flipkart is any indication. The image in question makes a reference to the "ballistic nylon" back finish that is exclusive to the Droid Turbo. The device will be marketed as Moto Maxx in the country.
There's no mention of a specific launch date, but it is likely we'll hear more from Motorola India or Flipkart in the coming days. The Moto Maxx is a beast of a device, with a 5.2-inch QHD display, 2.7GHz Snapdragon 805 CPU, 3GB RAM, 32/64GB internal memory, 21MP camera at the back that can shoot 4K videos, 2MP front shooter, Wi-Fi ac connectivity and a 3,900 mAh battery.
The handset currently runs Android 4.4 KitKat, and is set to make the switch to Lollipop shortly. The back is coated with kevlar fiber and ballistic nylon. Check out our hands-on video to see what the Droid Turbo is all about:
