Always add a line & switch to Unlimited..... Which wipes out any savings for me
Longtime loyal customers get the ole screw job. Everything is add a new line & will give you a deal? Or jump carriers. Same ole BS! The loyals get the shaft, per usual!
So true! Verizon customer 20+ years and when I want to renew my internet/cable bundle it's always a fight to match the new user incentives.
I will say in Verizons defense that they helped me out with free service during the 2 months my job was on hold during lockdown last April and May. They didnt have to do that but they did. I'm grateful for that.
