You can get the Pixel 3a for as little as $299, and 3a XL for $379, when activating on Sprint. And the other carriers have $50 discounts across the board.

B&H has had a variety of gift card and promo deals for the Pixel 3a and 3a XL. Right now you can buy either version, the 3a or the 3a XL, and get a 3-month Mint Mobile prepaid SIM kit, which is normally worth about $60. This is a unique deal to B&H and one of the better options we've seen B&H offer, and it's definitely better than anywhere else with no deal at all. Plus, if you use B&H's new Payboo credit card, you can actually get back any charged sales tax. That's a lot of ways to save on a great new phone.
B&H has had a variety of deals on the Pixel 3a and 3a XL since they launched, but right now the deal isn't too strong: a $10 Google Fi credit is nice, but it isn't really going to move the needle compared to a lot of other retailers with better deals.

The Google Store doesn't have any direct way to save, but it does have the best trade-in program we've seen. You can get the Pixel 3a down to $149 by trading in an eligible iPhone and as much as $400 with other phones. You'll get a discount based on the model and condition of the iPhone. The trade-in program is super easy to use, too. Google walks you right through it, and you can use it with either the Pixel 3a or the 3a XL.
I mean, you've got to do something with that old phone anyway, right? Might as well give it to Google, get some credit off your new phone, and upgrade to something great.

You'll get $100 off in the form of monthly credits. However, you need to be a new user signing up for Sprint's Flex Lease. That's an 18-month commitment instead of 24 months like with other carriers. However, at the end of the 18 months, you'll either have to upgrade to a new phone or pay for the remaining six months outright. The deal does apply to both the 3a and the 3a XL.
