Xiaomi teaser

After teasing an upcoming flagship announcement earlier this week, Xiaomi has shared an image on its social media channels that suggests that the Chinese vendor may launch more than one device on January 15.

Based on the leaks out of China thus far, it is likely that we'll see the next iteration in the Mi series, which will likely be called the Mi 5. Xiaomi's second teaser, which could mean "Not S" or "Not 5" suggests that we may be looking at the Redmi Note 2, possibly branded as the Mi 5 Plus.

As for the device itself, a leaked render on Twitter revealed that the Mi 5 Plus would feature a near bezel-less display.
