Mobile Mouse Pro

If you've just got to use your phone as a desktop trackpad, it's time to check out Mobile Mouse Pro. The popular iOS app (we really hate having to type that) has just been released for Android. And for $2.99 (that's a bit steep, eh?) your device will serve as a fully functioning trackpad, with full Windows compatability and everything. Give it a shot. Download links are after the break.

Does anyone know if there is an app thatll connect phone to tab for mouse functionality? And i mean one that works. Not blueputdroid

I like Unified Remote. The free version works very well and they have been with Android almost from the beginning.

Unified Remote is MS-Windows only. No Linux support. No MacOS support. It would appear that Mobile Mouse supports ALL platforms.

There are a bunch of Android apps that have similar functionality, but this one is very smooth and nice looking. I have this on the ipad, like it much better than anything on android so far.

Unified Remote has many more functions and is more customizable. I didn't think Mobile Mouse was so great even on iOS. Still, more apps means more choice and more competition, and that's always a good thing.

Lazy Remote for PC. Its not all that pretty but it gives you bluetooth or wifi. You can use keyboard or mouse. And if anyone is looking for remote desktop PocketWyse is good and Free both are free actually.

I've used several different options that existed before and all left me feeling they were cheap/unpolished solutions. Going to give this a try, looks very polished and what is $2.99 anyways! Personally I think anything under $5 is so cheap I don't hesitate to try it. Although Google really should give you more then 15 mins to return. How about an hour Google???

I love this app! I use it on my iPod touch because I couldn't find an android app that matched its ease of use, performance, and awesome look. Great to know it's available for android now too. Thanks for the heads-up, Phil!

I've been a heavy user or mobile remotes for a while (iOS and Android). On iOS it's not even close, this is the best one there is. Android has been kind of bare in the catagory, until now. Remotedroid is great but basic; gmote is almost useless; Unified remote is great but chunky and not elegant. There is nothing even close to the professionalism of this app. It's the winner, and there's no denying it.

heads up: if you have compatability mode turned off through Spare Parts, this app will break.
