The Huawei Impulse 4G is a low-end smartphone announced from AT&T that will sport Android 2.2 (Froyo) on its 3.8-inch WVGA touchscreen.
With mediocre features such as a 5-megapixel camera, HD recording capabilities, HSPA+ and hopes for an Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) update in the future-- the Huawei Impulse 4G is one of the top competitors of AT&T's lower-end Android lineup.
