Deals Mint Mobile has always been touted as an affordable alternative to the traditional wireless carrier. Here are some ways you can make that cheap plan even cheaper.
Mint Mobile is offering customers that switch to the service (and bring their number) six months of free service when they buy a new phone with a 12-month plan. That works out to $90 off.
Mint Mobile's newest plan is only available for one day and comes with 4GB of data, unlimited talk and text. Oh, it's also 25 years worth of service for $2,500. That's $100 per year.
Mint Mobile drives costs down for one or two lines but AT&T Prepaid still has a lot of value especially if you need unlimited data or want to get the whole family on one account.
Mint Mobile is a great choice for most smartphone users with T-Mobile coverage. Consumer Cellular has a lot more choice with fewer minutes but still offers plenty of data if you find you need it.
