An update to Google Camera sees Night Sight getting a more prominent position in the interface. There's also a new rewind feature in the works that's currently dubbed McFly.

The latest version of the Google Camera app, which debuted with the Pixel 5, is now starting to roll out to older Pixel phones.

Google has started rolling out a new version of its Camera app on the Play Store for Pixel phones. Google Camera 7.4 adds a new quick toggle to switch between 4K and Full HD (1080p) resolutions.

Google Camera added a few silent features with its 7.2 update, including document scanning and the ability to copy or translate text within the app.

Google camera mods aren’t anything new, but this update will make your older Googe Pixel phone feel like a Pixel 4, including that fancy new astrophotography mode.

The leaked Frequent Faces feature in Google Camera shows that Google is working on a way to automatically focus on people you take photos of frequently.
