The company has also confirmed that the upcoming earbuds will come with "Warp Charge" fast charging technology. Just like the Bullets Wireless 2, the Bullets Wireless Z will be able to provide up to 10 hours of playback time from a 10 minute charge.

While OnePlus hasn't revealed any other key features of the upcoming wireless earbuds yet, they are tipped to offer lower Bluetooth latency and come with an IP55 rating for water resistance. Sadly, however, they will not be truly wireless. Similar to previous Bullets wireless earphones, the Bullets Wireless Z will be connected by a cable.

Along with the new features and slight upgrades, the earbuds will also come in more color options than the Bullets Wireless 2. The earbuds are expected to be available in at least four colors – green, blue, black, and white.

OnePlus Bullets Wireless 2 are excellent wireless earphones that offer impressive sound quality, good ergonomics, and fast charging support. Thanks to OnePlus' Warp Charge, 10 minutes of charging can give you 10 hours of listening time.

  • I prefer a neckbuds style of earbuds to so-called "true" wireless earbuds. Battery life alone is a reason to get something like this over true wireless. Also the form factor is more convenient because you can wear them around when not using them (they are so light you barely notice them when hanging around your neck) and they are right there when you need them. No need to carry around a bulky case or having to find them when you need them. They are also better if you like to listen with one earbud in (for phone calls or other situations where you need to be able to hear outside sounds). And lastly they are better because you don't have to worry about losing some tiny little earbud if it's misplaced or falls out of your ear.
