Alcatel OneTouch has announced a new smartphone, the Fierce XL, which will be making its way to both MetroPCS and T-Mobile later this year. The Fierce XL will feature a 5.5-inch HD display, along with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 210 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. Inside you'll find 16GB of on-board storage, along with a microSD card for expansion.
As for the cameras, you'll have an 8MP shooter on the rear and a 2MP on the front for capturing those great selfies. To power you through the day, the Fierce XL has a 2500mAh battery that offers up to 12 hours of talk time. Out of the box, this smartphone will run Android 5.1.1, and it will support Wi-Fi Calling, HD voice and VoLTE.
The Fierce XL is expected to land on MetroPCS starting November 2 for $139, with a launch on T-Mobile coming at a later time. MetroPCS will be offering a $70 instant rebate when the smartphone launches to make the deal even sweeter.
