Nexus S live wallpaper

While the Nexus S isn't available quite yet, that didn't stop some enterprising hackers from fashioning a re-work of the ho-hum boring original Nexus live wallpaper into the beauty you see above.  It's easy to install (yes, you have to be rooted), but it does overwrite the original -- so back that up if you want to keep it.

We've got it working here on the Evo 4G and the Droid Incredible, but didn't have much luck on the Droid X. Your mileage may vary.  Check it out, and get the download  and full instructions in the Droid Incredible forums. [Android Central Forums]

Works fine on my EU Milestone!

I really enjoy all the 2.3 "updates" that are coming out, but am I the only one who thinks this wallpaper is kind of ugly? I feel like this would come from a phone running Windows 2000.

Anyway, it worked on my Evo 4G running CM. Note that if you install this, it will replace your current Nexus live wallpaper.

Works, but runs like shit on my incredible with ruby 1.1.4. Then again all live wallpapers do.

Looks horrible imo...and others too it seems.

You don't actually have to be rooted to get the wallpaper. You can download the app NexusKang and just use the Nexus S wallpaper to get exactly what is above.

works awesome on my nexus one!

You took all that time to write what happened to your phone but didn't take 5 sec to read the post? You have to be rooted!
