ARCHOS has announced its newest Android tablet, the Diamond Tab, which follows shortly after revealing its all-new Diamond S smartphone. The tablet, which features a 7.9-inch display, will be available in October 2015 for £179. Running Android 5.1, the Diamond Tab will be powered by a Mediatek MT8752 Octa-Core 1.7 GHz processor partnered with 3GB of RAM. For storage, ARCHOS has built-in 32GB of space, which should hold plenty of apps and movies.
On the back of the tablet, ARCHOS has included a 5MP camera, while the front will have a 2MP shooter. The Diamond Tab will offer Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as 4G LTE connectivity. The tablet will become available in October for £179, and ARCHOS will be showing it off at IFA, so be sure to stay tuned to see if we can get our hands on it early.
