The My T-Mobile page, which is used to check your usage data, manage your account or pay your bill online, has been down for well over two days citing "maintenance" as the issue. While usually the temporary affair is over in a matter of minutes or at worst hours, it's far longer than that with no access to the site, leaving folks out in the cold.
The best response you can get out of the official @TmobileHelp Twitter account is that they're "aware of the issue," but that isn't helping those who need to pay their bill, change service or add devices. While the site is down, you can try out the T-Mobile My Account app on your phone, which seems to be holding up, or calling in to T-Mobile support (1-800-937-8997). If all else fails, you can likely be helped by dropping into a local T-Mobile store.
