Go Rogue with these Star Wars themes

Update May 4th: We revisit these great themes for Rogue One to celebrate Star Wars Day!

It's opening night. You're all ready for your midnight showing: got your tickets, got your perfect Star Wars shirt picked out, or maybe a whole ensemble if you're aiming to win that costume contest… but is your phone as decked out as your lovely self? No? Let's fix that.

Darth Vader

I find your lack of Android disturbing

You don't know the power of the dark theme. This theme is as dark, delicious, and daring as it is elegant. Darth Vader is one of the best villains ever, and so long as we don't have to suffer through any more Anakin brooding, we're happy to see as much of him on screen as Disney is willing to give us. We could all use a little more Vader in our lives, and our home screens are no exceptions. Here's what we need:

We also have a trio of Star Wars themes from The Force Awakens, including the most adorable BB-8 theme you will ever see! We also delve into a refined Rebel Alliance theme, a sinister and sharp Sith theme.

May the Force - and the themes - be with you!

  • Great Theme Article !
  • Thanks Ara!!! Now I have a great theme to show off tonight at the movie!!!
  • Thanks!
  • How do you edit the music widget to import picture from your preferred music player
  • I he music widgets pull the music from your device's notification. You need to enable KWGT's notification listening permissions.
  • There is no permission for listening. All of the permissions are granted.
  • Open Settings App. Open "Sound & Notification" (menu name might be different on your device) Open "Notification Access" Enable "Kustom Notifications"
  • I get to the point where I add the KWGT widget and select the preset in the exported tab, and save it. But that's it, it doesn't pull in that "we see the light" or the album art, it's just a blank picture of greyed out headphone icon and clicking play does nothing. Clicking anywhere on the widget just brings up the kustom widget app
  • See the comment directly above yours.
  • Aye, the kustom notifications is enabled
  • When I click on it it opens my weather app
  • Specify your preferred music player in the Kustom settings
  • Google play music
  • I switched to Google Music player and it pulls in the album cover art.
  • You might want to also check KWGT's Settings for a Preferred Music Player.
  • Thank YOU!!
  • Great article thanks. I'm going all in for Darth Vader.
  • OK so what exactly is the "Vader Music Preset" supposed to do? I thought it would play the Empire music or something but it seems like it's just a music widget and I already have the GPM one. Are there supposed to be Star Wars sounds?
