Baseus is clearly intent on moving up the ranks this year, with the brand rolling out dozens of great products. I used several of the brand's power banks over the years, and the EnerGeek GX11 easily stands out — this is the smallest 20,000mAh power bank I used, and the size alone was enough to convince me to take it with me on a recent visit to Bali, Indonesia. It goes up to 67W, and I was able to charge my devices with relative ease.

But the GX11 does so much more than that: it doubles as a mobile hotspot, giving you 4G connectivity wherever you go around the world. And here's the real kicker — you get 1GB of free global data monthly. Having a power bank that's also a hotspot is just amazing, and the free data is the icing on the cake. The EnerGeek GX11 recently debuted for $129, but it is down to $99 for Black Friday, and while it is on the costlier side as power banks go, the sheer versatility makes it a must-have if you travel.

Baseus EnerGeek GX11 20,000mAh Power Bank: was $129.99 now $99.99 at Amazon

The EnerGeek GX11 is a 20,000mAh 67W power bank like no other. It is considerably smaller than its rivals, and the integration of a 4G hotspot makes it a standout product. I used it on my recent travels, and it holds up incredibly well — so much so that I didn't buy a secondary eSIM. The best part is you get 1GB of free global data monthly.

✅Recommended if: You need a small and light power bank. The GX11 is the smallest 20,000mAh power bank I used, and I have all the latest Anker and UGREEN models on hand. The sizing alone is an achievement, but you also get global 4G connectivity, and a built-in USB-C cable.

❌Skip this deal if: You want the ability to change the bundled SIM card. To get more than 1GB data, you'll need to buy plans via Baseus, and they're costlier than your average travel eSIM provider.

I don't know how Baseus managed to cram a 20,000mAh battery into a power bank this small, but the sizing is a big differentiator. It's just great to be able to have access to this kind of power in such a small size, and you get 67W USB PD charging, making it convenient to charge phones and any other accessories — there are two USB-C ports and a USB-A port.

There's also a built-in USB-C cable that doubles as a lanyard, and while it isn't a retractable cable, it didn't prove to be an issue. The power bank did a great job charging my POCO F8 Ultra and Find X9 Pro, and I didn't have any issues in this area. There's a built-in panel that shows battery life and connection status.

On that note, the key standout feature on the GX11 power bank is the 4G mobile hotspot. Just toggle the Wi-Fi switch on the side, and you can easily connect to the hotspot from your phone (the details are on the side of the power bank). I was able to do so with ease, and the best part is that Baseus provides 1GB of free monthly data for 12 months.

Having all of these features in a single device makes the cost easily justifiable, and with it down to $99, this is the best time to buy the GX11.
