T-Mobile MyTouch 4G Slide hits the FCC

The HTC Doubleshot, aka the Mytouch 4G Slide, aka the PG59100, made it's way through the FCC today.  The upcoming QWERTY horizontal slider supposedly will be sporting a dual-core Qualcomm chip of some variant, have a front facing camera, and a 3.7-inch display along with a physical keyboard.

The original MyTouch 3G Slide came out at a bad time, and other, more capable phones soon eclipsed it in the public's eye.  We can't help but think the new version is in the same peril, as we're seeing a new phone just about every month from all the big-name Android manufacturers.  That being said, the MyTouch line certainly has it's fans, and fairly good developer support from the hacking community.  We don't know when to expect it, or how much it will be, but as soon as T-mobile breaks their code of silence we'll certainly let you know.
